I've been a regular at Chipotle, and never had issues, even when they had all the negative reviews about food safety.However this location is concerning. I saw the staff prepare someone's burrito with steak etc. I am vegetarian and I saw his prep gloves were deeply stained from the previous order, almost orange in color. I asked if he could please use fresh gloves for my bowl. The guy went ahead adding rice and beans with his fingers from one hand inside the bowl. He heard but ignored my request and passed it to the next person. I told the next person, a lady who seemed like the manager, that I had asked for fresh gloves given the meat juices in a vegetarian order. She ignored it and kept asking for toppings etc. put it all in, scowling all the way. I repeated what I said, she just said we used fresh gloves and passed it to check out.I didn't want to make a scene, the checkout person was very friendly, and felt pressure to move things along with 5 people behind me. So I paid and left, came home and could not bring myself to eat it knowing the meat juices were in the rice and beans in the bowl. My stomach does not handle meat products well.I gave it to a friend, who is not vegetarian and so had no issues with that and writing this review instead. Sad cause now I take their food safety issues seriously and may not go back for a while.

Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to! The counter where they make the food was completely disgusting and there wasn’t a single clean table to sit at. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen looks like! All of the ingredients were mixed in with each other because everything was just slung all over the counter. Thankfully I don’t have allergies or anything just hoping I don’t get sick from all the cross contamination!

The cook refused to get white rice for the associate for my bowl. She said he was going to cook some chicken, even though they were out of white rice. Awful attitude and service. The associate offered brown rice but I declined.

Stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. Had to ask for better portions twice. Horrendous customer service. Can’t follow simple instructions. The dude making my bowl had an IQ of a jar of mayonnaise. And these morons want to make $20hr. What a joke. No wonder this location is a ghost town.

Horrible costumer service they refuse to make a quesadilla, just because it was only online order( first time that it happen) So i had to order online and have them take forever with my order. While the employee was on the phone all the time. End up giving up on the order. While waiting for our order , another customer came in and asked about his online order and this guy said that he was out of food and he cant do anything so he would issue a refund on the order , we came in an hour before closing time and you have zero food? Then what is the point of ordering ahead just to get that excuse ??

The food is decent but the service is the worst of any chipotle i’ve ever experienced. i avoid this location like the plague when i can. all the employees have an attitude and are so incredibly stingy with the portions. they can’t even say hi back when you say hi or acknowledge you when you thank them. only one there worth talking to is the manager or supervisor and he’s been there for like years. Rest of y’all could use a lesson on respect. btw i asked for a salad dressing and the guy ringing me up said “we’re out” as i could actively see a metal tin full of them right behind him.
