I love this place. Fresh, healthy, excellent flavors. I see it becoming a regular spot for us.

Ordered my meal ahead using their app and showed up at the time indicated. The group of people standing and waiting for their mobile orders grew to almost 10 people. Waited for almost 15 minutes until we were acknowledged and learned they hadn’t even started working on our orders yet. They had no one designated to focus on online orders. Management needs to designate a person to focus on these orders, especially during lunch hour.

Very disappointed.

2nd time ever having crisp & green. I liked it so much I came back for a 2nd the next day to bring to work for lunch. Unfortunately when I got there, that’s when I noticed a hair in it after a few bites. food and service was good otherwise

I’m trying to leave a balanced review so it does not hurt the business. If I owned this company and I saw how the employees were behaving at 7:45 PM on a Wednesday night I would be appalled. I saw multiple employees treat multiple customers like they were being inconvenienced by the people who tried to provide the business…business. It clearly appeared that they were cleaning up and I asked if they closed at 8 PM as a courtesy to the staff. The employee said, “no we don’t close until 9 PM.”
There was so much hostility and condescension in the air. I would make the employees read the Chick-fil-A book and if they didn’t read it, I would terminate them.

This tasty trendy place is clean and crip, just like the name. The servers are friendly and quick, the portions are generous. You can make your own or go with a suggested menu item. Fresh and tasty.

Crisp and Green is amazing. I try to eat mainly whole food plant based and it was actually possible to do here. Food was fresh and environment very bright and clean! Friendly staff! Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for healthy, fresh options.

Good food, but they never have my food ready on time. I've waited over 30 minutes past my pickup window and it's not done. They only help people in store and don't seem to care about the online paid orders. Pretty sad because I come here once a week since and it never gets better.

$19 burrito OK no big deal I order chicken and rice with extra teriyaki dressing. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the extra dressing and the wrap was cold! The wrap was still OK just not what I expected for $19.
