Staff was rude, I was overcharged for my order and when I asked them to please fix only one of the multiple issues one of the male staff members hurled an insult at me as I was on the way out. I’m sorry but for $50 I could have gone somewhere else. I’m just trying to enjoy a meal with my family and I just wanted what I paid for. The food is not cheap and I only complained about 1 item of multiple that were incorrect. Please train your staff on professional workplace behavior. They’re all in high school and the disrespect / immaturity is pretty bad. If Starbucks can operate in a respectful manner I don’t see why Culver’s can’t. I was really disappointed by how mean some folks can be just because they screwed up an order. Don’t take it out on the customer.

The food here is ALWAYS great. Made to my liking and I like a LOADED burger. 🍔 I’m that person (sorry staffers) but man do they nail it without my burger being a sloppy mess unlike other competitors won’t mention names but here I truly have it my way and badabababa 😉 husband always says it may be easier to order a fully loaded salad and top it with a burger patty. Haha he’s not wrong. But thank you to this location specifically for excellent food and service. I would add a photo but I engulfed that sucker. Haha 🤣

We Go through the drive thru for shakes and ice cream. Service is always great and we enjoy our ice cream and shakes!
Culver's is our favorite fast food restaurant. Burgers and Tenders are always great and the concrete mixer desserts with vanilla custard are awesome 👌

Once again, feeing disregarded as a consumer by Culver's. Why am I paying $16.00 for small and smaller buffalo chicken tenders? It is unacceptable that there is no consistency with the size or no discernment with the individual that thinks it's okay to box minuscule size tenders (aka nuggets) with otherwise average sized tenders. In BOTH BOXES! I am tired of feeling ripped off by Culver's. I am tired of trying with you. From your shrinkage in portions to your exorbitant prices. You have lost my business. Keep taking advantage of people and see where it gets you.

Order was wrong. I have celiac and I am allergic to wheat. I ordered a customized double cheeseburger and when I got home with, none of my customization were right and it was not marked as a Gluten Free Bun so I couldn’t take the risk of eating it.
