We love Culver’s, unfortunately this location was disappointing. We went through the drive thru, and our order was completely wrong, even my daughter’s drink. We asked for certain things to be removed from our burger, everything was left. We even checked the receipt, we thought possibly the guy didn’t write it on the check, nope it was written there, I guess the cook didn’t care to check.

Horrible Customer service, messed my ordered up by not putting cheese on a cheeseburger. When i asked the group of teenagers working behind the counter if they could fix it their solution was to hand me a slice of cheese. Never been treated like that at any ‘restaurant’. 1/10

Carvers always has great food and a good environment. Everything's made fresh to order. As with all fast food in naples, it's pricey, but at least the food is good.
