Edit: went there the other day, ordered a drink with light ice. Was told at the box that if I ordered my drink with light ice it wasn’t going to be filled all the way up. I told her they’ve never told me that and she proceeds to tell me the policy is new. Went to another location yesterday and asked for light ice e. Got light ice and a full drink. So this location is trying to scam you out of the amount of drink you get but charge you the same amount of money. We all know that when you add all that ice in you get the equivalent of a medium or small drink without ice. If I want a large with light ice. I shouldn’t get less because you want to scam customers. Worst location!

This is by far the slowest dunkin I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to pick up an order that the ice was melted in and food cold! Watching them hand people their stuff one item at a time. Get your stuff together 25 minutes is too long to have people waiting

Good place to come if you need an over toasted bagel to use as a hockey puck. I asked for a bagel lightly toasted, I could have played hockey with it. Also when I ask for cream cheese on it I don’t expect a very thin layer.

I’m a regular customer at this location sometimes twice a day, this is the 2nd time this week that I’ve gone there with a mobile order and nobody was there. I go back 15 minutes later today and someone finally was there, I was never greeted, beeped my horn for maybe some sort of acknowledgement nothing Zee her name was continues to count her draw, I’m sitting at the window and tried a complaint up still no acknowledgment, now I’m getting pissed, she finally comes to the window with my order not even a good morning or hi it was like I was a bother. I asked for her name she said Zee and I asked her why she always gave me an attitude she continued that this is the first time at this location, I said no you were at this location before and didn’t acknowledge me, I know it was her as she was texting on her phone and that day I asked for her name, and she said Zee, I didn’t write a complaint at that time but for this same person to act the way she does working for a company very UNPROFESSIONAL..LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND COULD CARE LESS. I definetly would not want her representing my company. Moving forward I will be doing my business at a different location, I used to drive an extra 5 minutes to this location as the other employees are super nice and accommodating not anymore. Zee needs some customer service skills. I will not be back to this location due to this employee.

It has to be a better way to package a single donut. A chocolate iced donut in a paper bag with napkins stuffed inside (that I didn't ask for) and a straw. All of the stuff is covered in chocolate frosting. Grossed out by the fact that all of that stuff is touched so many times then thrown on top of ready to eat food.

Waited 20 minutes stuck in the drive through Thursday, and then again today. They cannot get it together. Handing us the wrong stuff then, just lousy coffees. That we paid 11$ for. Get it together yall
