I go to this Dunkin everyday day. I order the same thing everyday. I want an everything bagel toasted really dark. For the last 3 weeks or so they have not done it even though I have specifically ask please make sure it is almost burnt. My requests completely disregarded. These are older employees ( not teenagers) and they disregard customer orders and can’t even bother to put napkins in the bag half the time. Finding a different place for breakfast.

Excellent service, speedy drive-thru, and my "assorted munchkins" were actually assorted and didn't contain 90% blueberry donuts! (Also were good, fresh donuts!) My Signature Latte was made as it should be. Strong recommend this location!

Takeout order was incorrectly filled with the wrong donut.It was placed upside down in the bag, hiding the incorrect strawberry icing on top. Checked the bag in the store but seeing no icing assumed all was good; quite annoying to get down the road and realize I'd been deceived. Maybe it wasn't intentional deception, but regardless, they managed to mess up an order of 1 donut.

the people that work there are really nice, but i rather waste my money elsewhere. below is the new “bacon & cheese hashbrowns”.. but no cheese lol. with prices going up, i just rather not risk my money or time
This is a great location, the drive through is a tight corner but an efficient team work here. There was one time where the rewards did not work so the team was understanding and gave me the drink after clarifying the terms of the reward. The free donuts on Wednesday are what I look forward to.

Listen, the people were super nice and fast but I ordered a toasted bagel with butter for the miss and ended up with this.... Half of the top half of the bagel was just missing and this sopping mess is just abhorrent.

I got 1/2 doz glazed donuts. First time at this location. Horrible brick hard, I took them back and got a refund. Never again. Love KK or Publix.

Horrible service. Made a pit stop get some coffee and a snack. We ordered 1 ice coffees, 1 donuts. We originally wanted Dunkin’s new lemon loaf; however when we asked if they had it in stock the girl was confused and couldn’t give us an answer. We wanted our ice coffees to have caramel and mocha swirl. When our order was ready at the pick up area we notice the drink there just had caramel swirl we asked the other employee that put the drink there if that was right and instead of actually trying to help us figure it out she rudely said it’s an ice coffee and walked away. She continued not to help us at all, so we waited for someone else to help us and no one came even though there were 4 employees standing around on their phones. Finally a girl came and we told her if this is ours can you please add mocha swirl since it was suppose to have both caramel and mocha. She finally helped us. No apology or anything from anyone. We love coming to Dunkin’ Donuts however we will never go to this Dunkin ever again.
