The food at El Gaucho Inca is consistently good. The flavors & ingredients are familiar, but the preparation and and presentation is definitely different. If you are tired of the same old italian or steak places, give El Gaucho a try.

El Gaucho Inca was outstanding. The chimichurri sauce was fresh and flavorful and paired perfectly with the meats. The meat platter was excellent—tender, well-prepared, and ideal for sharing. The Arroz Chaufa was the crowd favorite at our table and disappeared quickly. Overall, a great dining experience with high-quality food and service. I would gladly return.

First time visit to this recommended establishment. Large menu with many shareable items. Very generous portions. Beware if ordering an appy and entree. A lot of food. Service was excellent. I ordered salmon burrata. Nice dish but for the price I would expect wild caught. I would consider this high end dining.

This USED to be a wonderful place with prompt, attentive service. Something has changed, and NOT for the better. The crowd was off, and that should have told us that something was amiss. It was not crowded last night, but the service was extremely slow. It took awhile for the drink orders, and even longer for our meal orders. The food was slow to come out and on four of the six entrees ordered, something (green beans on two and potatoes on two) were cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. The taste was wonderful as in the past, but something was off on everyone's dish. Two of the three checks were incorrect and the corrections were made in a much less than timely manner. Whatever changes were made there need to be corrected, and fast, or this former gem will not be around much longer.
