This place sucks. Several times my order has been messed up. The older guy that works there wants to get an attitude when you bring up a concern. It’s not hard to listen to a customer and give them what they want. They just can’t seem to master that. What a shame… all I can say is do better

Ordered a chicken Philly with portobello mushrooms as a bowl.
They made it wrong twice after I explained to 3 people what I wanted
When they are busy its hard get good service
They are running around like crazy and they don’t listen very well
I gave up and left with the 2nd incorrect order
I had already been there over 20 minutes

What an uncomfortable experience… when we walked in the associates just all stared at us with these annoyed faces like why are you in here???
As they made our sandwiches they avoided eye contact and wouldn’t even speak. They got annoyed at additional requests on the sandwich and just really made us uncomfortable the whole time. Might want to work on their customer services because we felt so weird the whole time in there. However, the food was still great and the location was clean.

I cannot simply express how much this place is awesome

Jersey Mike’s is the highest quality of subs.

I also wanted to add whoever is in charge of the ad campaign is doing the right job. I’m always wanting to companies that have the worst advertisements but Jersey Mike’s is doing something right. Dani is simply a national treasure and should be cherished and for Jersey Mike’s to have their both as Danny DeVito. I love that.

I will never go into this location again! Our teenage boys love it, but the attitude problem from the 2 young male employees Friday night was UNACCEPTABLE!

Let’s give an attitude because I come in at 8:15 PM and your closing at 9 PM????

This is not how, I would want my business run!!

Get rid of those boys, two slender boys, one with a tattoo both with equal terrible attitudes.

The skinny punk with the arm band tattoo on his lower arm is going to find himself getting knocked out one of these days.
Pickup time 6:05, not 6:27... YOUR fault, not mine. Drop the attitude little man, you weigh about 150 lbs. soaking wet. Don't get yourself hurt! Kevin, you're awesome and always pleasant and smiling... but that kid has got to go. He's nothing but a liability to your establishment.
