I had an excellent experience at Jersey Mike’s thanks to the outstanding service from one of the employees. They did an amazing job preparing my order exactly the way I wanted, and made sure every detail was perfect. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile left me completely satisfied. I also want to thank the entire staff for their kindness and teamwork. I truly recommend this location and appreciate the great customer service I received.

Pastrami sandwich was awful.

This is the best of the Jersey Mike's around this area! The service is phenomenal, always done with a smile, and always fast! And of course the sandwiches are delicious

I hate to do this because the people that work there are so nice, but somehow always mess up my order. The last 5 times I have been there, something on my order is wrong. Whether it is missing cookies and water for kids meals or missing ingredients on subs, I haven’t had an order 100% correct (even in store somehow) 3 of my subs I just ordered were all wrong in some way. I hope in the future they slow down a little and pay more attention when making the subs because as I mentioned they are so friendly and the location used to be great.

This place sucks. Several times my order has been messed up. The older guy that works there wants to get an attitude when you bring up a concern. It’s not hard to listen to a customer and give them what they want. They just can’t seem to master that. What a shame… all I can say is do better
