Jets Pizza Estero will rip you off! Double charged me and won’t refund one of the charges. I paid over $100 for two pizzas and cinnamon sticks! Manager was very rude! Lost a loyal customer!!
We ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks. The pizza was fine but the sticks were way overcooked and hard. The store was closed by the time we opened the box. I forgot to call the very next day but did call the following day. I felt they should have been replaced some time in the future. The ESTERO, FL Jet’s Pizza manager did not want to do anything but finally offered me three dollars off another order. He also was not very professional or polite.
