Came here on Tuesday 6/25/24 at 2pm and the entire store was closed. We drove clean out of our way to come here. Disappointing. Will not be returning.

Second time I’ve drove down here to get Jimmy John’s and this locations is closed again.

Why is this location always closed? I’ve tried twice now to grab lunch from this location, including today, when their online hours say they are open. And I arrive to a closed store. Is this location permanently closed? If not, please update your hours. I won’t be attempting to return.

Drove way out of my way since they closed the other Estero location, to find this location closed at 730 pm on Sunday 5/19. Says they’re open til 8 but they aren’t

We did a large office order from the Estero location and it was a poor experience. From customer service, to the food and delivery. After we placed the online order someone called and said driver had just left and because it was a large order it would be 45-60 mins for delivery. Ok no problem we understand. 1 hour and 25 mins later we call to check the status? Delivery driver is on the way. 15 more minutes go by and the driver shows up. Rushing spilling drinks all through our lobby. I specifically asked driver if pickles were in the box for him to say yes I didn’t box it but they are in there. Food was poorly made. Missing multiple items (including said pickles) so I called and told the girl who answered exactly what was missing and she said no problem the driver is busy so I will bring it out myself to your office. She arrives quickly, only to bring the wrong food. Very frustrating to be an office in the middle of surgery day and unable to leave to get our own food.

The employees were pretty unprofessional. No manners, no acknowledgements. The girl at the register was wearing a random t shirt and men’s boxer shorts. Another girl who probably works there and was visiting off shift walked back and started making herself food while wearing a half zipped hoodie with nothing underneath and sweats, and slippers; no one was wearing hair nets or coverings, no one washed their hands. They played on their phones and drank from personal cups that they set on prep counters in between customers.
The portions were half the size of typical Jimmy John’s sandwiches. Ranch cups are full price but half filled.

I would love to review the food here but I can’t because the past three times I’ve gone to eat here during their open hours they are closed with just a handwritten note just stating they are home. Obviously some employee just decides to dip out of their shift. Just close this place down already

I really like the food at Jimmy John's, and I've ordered that this location before, but this particular order had some issues. I made sure all my ingredients said extra, which is even confirmed on the receipt, but there were no extra ingredients on my sandwich. All ingredients were on there, but it was a regular amount. Also, I ordered a red velvet brownie and I was given a regular brownie. Not a big deal, as I still enjoyed it, but attention to detail really should be happening when looking at the order.

The tuna absolutely sucks the tuna salad and they open up a can of tuna and just put it on the salad and treated me like I was some animal or something never come here again

I love Jimmy John’s but just recommend not using delivery/delivery apps.I have now had orders canceled on multiple occasions due to being short staffed and refunds take days to process.
