I really like the food at Jimmy John's, and I've ordered that this location before, but this particular order had some issues. I made sure all my ingredients said extra, which is even confirmed on the receipt, but there were no extra ingredients on my sandwich. All ingredients were on there, but it was a regular amount. Also, I ordered a red velvet brownie and I was given a regular brownie. Not a big deal, as I still enjoyed it, but attention to detail really should...
This location is very inconsistent with service. Some days they're on it with great sandwiches and timely delivery. But today was one of the frequent off days. 1 hr and 20 min for 2 little John sandwiches. Last delivery took over 2 hrs which we ended up canceling.Hope to see an improvement!
