Terrible service every time I come here. You have the audacity to charge .26¢ for sauce. FOR SAUCE!!! And you don’t even remember to give it to me and then you forget a straw and then just close the drive thru window without even saying goodbye or have a nice day after I say it first. I mean I understand I’d want to kms too if I worked there but don’t make it my problem. I’m literally going to hold up drive thru and ruin your times next time until I’m done looking through the bag and then asking for sauce just out of spite and if I don’t get it I’m not moving.

Having to place a mobile order in the car in order to get Deals is enough of an inconvenience, but then getting the bag of food back to the car and finding the Deal food missing adds indult to injury. Why can't I place an order inside at the cashier and get my Deal? Renovated locations with a mini cashier area WITHOUT being able to top off my drink on the way out by myself has made your locations about as impersonal as possible.
