App didn’t allow me to add sauces… so i asked front attendant at 2nd window and she tried lying and giving an excuse that they had no sauce… n i was persistent n then magically if i pay theres sauces available… chic fil a is better in every aspect 2 sauce per item.

I don’t go to this one often and only go when i take corkscrew from Lehigh to Estero! This is by far the worse McDonald’s i have ever been to! Every single time i order from here it’s always cold stale food but i always see ton of staff there! I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again! I wish i didn’t have to give it one star!

It's McDonald's, it's consistent. This McDonald's does have a couple of problems though, it is very slow to serve in store customers. And also if you're ordering a meal and want to switch from soda to sweet tea of the same size, they charge 30 cents extra. This may not seem like much, but the menu price shows it as being 10 cents extra. Now consider they serve 2 million people a day If a hundred thousand people are paying twenty cents extra , they're making a lot of money.

Honestly this is one of the nicest mcdonald's i've ever been to. My only criticism is that we ordered the big breakfast platter with pancakes and they did not serve it with butter or syrup. We had to go back up to the front and try to get someone's attention.There was nobody at the front register area at the time. Please train your employees to include proper acutrements with meals. The food was delicious though.
