I don’t know what’s going on down here in the reviews, but genuinely one of my favourite places to eat. The food is so flavourful and the portion sizes are huge. The prices are so reasonable for a huge burrito and the staff are very friendly. They have many salsa and drink choices and have free refills on corn tortilla chips. Definitely recommend!!

I do not like saying bad things but it is necessary so the manager/owner is aware of our experience and can improve. The staff here especially the young lady who wears her hat backwards is outstanding, she works so hard and is always polite, I visit this location on the weekends and she is usually by herself or with one other person, she is the reason this place is able to keep there door open to even have customers at all. The food is good but not as fresh as it could be probably because short handed and less customers are coming in like it used to be. I remember lines out the door here and now you get right in even with there limited staff. The store is as clean as two people can keep up with which is not very good but it’s understandable with the limited staff. I feel bad for this young lady who is stuck in a catch 22. She can’t work hard enough to keep up with all these demands she is presented with. This is my outside opinion not knowing the behind the scenes details. And the air conditioning could be turned down a little more it is uncomfortable to eat inside. Take my criticism with a positive approach to use as a tool for improvement.

Leaving one star because of where this place has come from. I've been going to this Moe's for nearly 20 years. The rating for me is based mainly on pricing. We just ate there and it was $50 for 2 burritos and a stack. We got nickled and dimed for everything. Two extra dollars for a drizzle of queso, an extra dollar for chicken on my stack, and 3 bucks for a regular drink. And then I get to the salsa bar and they only had the chunky red salsa or the green salsa. I don't like either. Used to look forward to the Kaiser Salsa. Unfortunately, after 20 years of patronage, I'll stop going there.
