Just got back in the country and decided to stop by Moe’s it had been a while. I was genuinely impressed by how much things have improved. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and a warm “Welcome to Moe’s!” by Edgar. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or a team member, but he made my experience truly memorable. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care — so much so that I asked for his name just to give him the recognition he deserves.
I’ve visited this location in the past, and to be honest, the experience wasn’t always great cleanliness and service were clearly lacking. But this visit was a complete turnaround. The energy, attention to detail, and positive vibe made a huge difference.
It’s refreshing to see great customer service at a smaller chain like Moe’s, and it speaks volumes about the staff and leadership in place now. I’ll definitely be coming back all thanks to the exceptional service from Edgar. Great job

Only 3 stars because it’s dark and you guys were trying to be slick pretending your store is closed, open sign wasn’t lit up and it’s 8pm y’all close at 10. Great portions however do better though

We ordered 2 stacks this evening and they were delicious! There were two very friendly women working behind the counter. They greeted us when we walked in and were very nice thru the ordering process. The counters were very clean and the sitting area and tables were as well. Very happy with this location.

Welcoming, excellent food and value. Edgal (manager) is fantastic. He was extremely helpful with our catering order to ensure it's accuracy, quality, and overall experience. Highly recommend.

I don’t know what’s going on down here in the reviews, but genuinely one of my favourite places to eat. The food is so flavourful and the portion sizes are huge. The prices are so reasonable for a huge burrito and the staff are very friendly. They have many salsa and drink choices and have free refills on corn tortilla chips. Definitely recommend!!

I do not like saying bad things but it is necessary so the manager/owner is aware of our experience and can improve. The staff here especially the young lady who wears her hat backwards is outstanding, she works so hard and is always polite, I visit this location on the weekends and she is usually by herself or with one other person, she is the reason this place is able to keep there door open to even have customers at all. The food is good but not as fresh as it could be probably because short handed and less customers are coming in like it used to be. I remember lines out the door here and now you get right in even with there limited staff. The store is as clean as two people can keep up with which is not very good but it’s understandable with the limited staff. I feel bad for this young lady who is stuck in a catch 22. She can’t work hard enough to keep up with all these demands she is presented with. This is my outside opinion not knowing the behind the scenes details. And the air conditioning could be turned down a little more it is uncomfortable to eat inside. Take my criticism with a positive approach to use as a tool for improvement.
