We placed a large order for delivery (for a store at the same mall). When we recieved the order there was none of the sides…salsas, sour cream etc. We tried calling the store and there was no answer so after listening to music for several minutes I get the *mailbox is full* message. The quesadillas was thrown into the bag all squished up and the cheese wasn’t even melted. What makes me even more irritated is that we paid TWO services charges AND I left a hefty tip and between all that we paid over $20 MORE than the bill. And this is why I hate these places that ask for a tip BEFORE the service. Tips are given FOR service. We used to love this place but it has really gone down hill lately

As soon as we walk through the entrance, Lily greeted us with a smile. She was kind and genuine throughout the entire process. Although the Birria is no longer available (it’s by far our favorite menu item), hope it becomes available again soon)This isn’t our first time at this location, but it is the first time we received exceptional customer service. It made our meal taste that much better. Thanks Lily!

Waited for our food for an hour and a half and went through 4 Uber drivers before we got the food and then it was wrong! We will not order from this location ever again!

I don’t know what has happened to this restaurant. Our family has eaten at this location often since it’s opening and we’ve always had good experiences. We arrived today 12:30 which should have been prime lunch time and the restaurant was EMPTY—that should have given us a clue. Our food was cold, the soda machines had nothing but diet ( which would have been nice to know as we would have chosen differently ) and the chips were so stale and cold I wondered if they were from the previous day. I hope the owner makes whatever changes are necessary to bring this restaurant up to the standards it used to have. But I will not be having a craving for Moe’s any time soon.

This franchise owner should loose their license. The owner won’t pay a phone bill, so you can’t even call the location. Whoever this franchise owner is, should be embarrassed to even publicly say they own this location. My order got screwed up, but management was friendly and took care of my entire meal. I was just hoping to get what I ordered. They went above and beyond to make it right. If this is any foreshadowing, this brand will no longer be around in 3 years if this is the type of franchisee they allow to purchase and run the brand.

Yesterday, my wife and I decided to dine at Moe’s Restaurant located in Coconut Point, looking forward to a pleasant meal. ? Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, leading to immense disappointment. ?Upon arrival, we were greeted not by the aroma of fresh food but by the sight of unprepared meals that looked utterly unappetizing. ? It was immediately clear that the establishment lacked cleanliness; the counters were smeared with residues, contributing to an unwelcoming ambiance. ? The tables were in a deplorable state, covered in sauce, remnants of the previous customers’ food, and inexplicably wet, showing a clear disregard for basic dining hygiene. ??The neglect extended to basic customer amenities. ? Floor mats were thoughtlessly stacked atop one of the trash cans, rendering it unusable. ? The alternative waste disposal option wasn’t any better, with a spray bottle and a filthy rag carelessly left on it. ? The presence of the dirty rag on the spray bottle, particularly distressing, led us to wonder if the same rag was being used to “clean” the tables, a thought that only deepened our concern for the sanitary conditions of the establishment. ??Adding to the disappointment, we found the drink station in a deplorable state, with no supplies available for customers and the drink machine itself filthy. ?? Even more concerning was the state of the sauces, which had ramekins left inside them, indicating a severe lack of attention and care. ??Regrettably, our dining experience deteriorated further after consuming the food. ?? Both my wife and I felt ill, suspecting massive cross-contamination issues and fearing we might have contracted a bacterial illness due to the evident neglect of food safety practices. ? The staff appeared to lack adequate training, as the preparation and handling of our meals seemed haphazard at best. ?‍??‍?❌Furthermore, my dismay was compounded by the condition of the restrooms. ? The men’s room was conspicuously out of order, forcing me to use the alternative facility. ?➡️? To my frustration, after washing my hands, I discovered there were no towels available for drying. ?? This lack of basic amenities not only inconvenienced me but also heightened my concerns about the overall hygiene and management practices within the restaurant. ??The aftermath of our visit to Moe’s at Coconut Point has left us feeling sick, to the point where I am battling the urge to vomit. ? It’s disheartening to report such a negative experience from a place where we had hoped to enjoy a satisfying meal. ?? Our encounter raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness, food safety, customer satisfaction, and overall management of the dining environment. ? ?

Sadly after being a regular since this place opened what 15 20 years ago, it seems to be going downhill a bit. Food wasn't cooked well. It seems the chef doesn't even know the basics. Sautéed onions and peppers were seemingly cooked without oil, simply burnt? Chicken was off, birnt. Line was long and slow. Place was dirty. Hope to see some change if deciding to pop in again but will surely stay away for a while

Someone with food handling/safety experience needs to be at this location and not leave until everyone is trained and doing what they are supposed to or someone is going to get very sick or much worse. If the health department were to visit yesterday they would have failed inspection. Dirty rolled up floor matts left next to the food trays, ramiken cups left floating in the salsa, dirty drink machines, empty supplies for customers, garbage left thrown into the supplies, etc. After paying over 30 dollars for 2 beverages and 2 dinners I overheard the guy next to me saying he got 3 drinks for free. So money is flying out the window as well for this Moe’s as well. Unfortunately I have been sick since I ate there last night. I hope someone listens to this review. This is my neighborhood Moes, I want it to be successful.

Haven't been to Moe's in a long time and was craving. Came to this location it was absolutely dirty everywhere from the kitchen to every table in the restaurant. They were not being wiped down in between customers. When we sat down there were at least 10 tables open and dirty. Hood fans were also gross. The teenage employees were just handing out food to their teenage friends that came in none of them ever paid for anything. The boys were more concentrated on the girls coming in then making our food. Will never be back to this location couldn't even finish our meal.

I have been coming to this location since it first opened. I am not one to complain but the new manager will not give you but a teaspoon of meat and if you say anything he says pay extra and you can get more. I asked for guac today and it was just sad. Everyone else there is great but this guy is being stingy to the point where they're losing business.

Going downhill fast! Moes sucked tonight. Filthy. Soufflé cups and limes in the salsa and otherwise barely filled pans. Tea was off flavor. Bad attitude. Lazy and sloppy. Last time who I assumed was the owner made my food with no personality and sub par QC control. Opened a burned quesadilla when I got home. If the owner is the problem then corporate needs to deal with it. If you don't care about your service or your quality of product just CLOSE.
