Naples Flatbread Kitchen & Bar

We go to NFB about every couple weeks. Food is good, we try new items often. The flat bread was good. Cuban was ok, not alot of flavor. Turkey panini club, we have had a lot. A few times it was amazing. Once it came made with chicken, Once forgot bacon. Yesterday, tots no longer on the menu which they are always luke warm. Fries were smashed into a pile, burnt edges, luke warm,when you separate them, they are still raw in the center, i think they are cooked in a pile. Paining was only barely cooked on one side other side, cold bread. Starting to think it's no longer going to be a good spot for us. It's really hit or miss. Servers are nice when they show up, but it's really busy so it's not their fault. Photo of last night. Luke warm fries, burnt ends raw inside and uncooked side of club. It was still good. Fries were a no go.

Parking: Large lot since it's in an outside mall type setting. Easy access parking

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. We go in the evening and typically point see a few kids. Loud inside at dinner time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only outside with done shuffling. Pretty cramped. Inside is busy, would be tough to get a wheel chair around inside.

Despite the chaos from our children haha. Jamie was fantastic and deserves a raise. She was so patient, kind and attentive every step of the way. We will come back next time with no kids haha

The food here is great, today we went back for a second time and had the Pietro flatbread and chicken egg rolls, wow, delicious!!! Eden was awesome, she took care of us very well, we’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommended 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eden was a wonderful server. We both have food allergies and are weary of eating at new places. She took care of us and made our lunch out with our son enjoyable and safe.

The Spinarti Flatbread had a nice crispy base, not too hard and great toppings. The dessert was intensely sweet, and I recommend sharing. Superior to all of this was our server "Riley" who would have been as good as any other server EXCEPT that she did what no other servers do, which was come back within a few minutes to make sure the first couple of bites were satisfactory. This separates her from mediocrity because the first couple of bites are critical for the kitchen, as they must know right away if something is not as expected, and quickly correct. Riley understood this. She knew the menu and offered great suggestions. She kept our glasses full and table clear of soiled dishes. She gave interesting conversation, was constantly smiling and ultimately crafted a superb experience. Classic example of what quality service looks like. Ask for Riley and you will have an amazing visit.
