Abby was great! Quick and amazing food! The wine was delicious and Abby made sure we got a box to go as well! Such a good vibe and will definitely come back next time I’m in Miromar!!

My servers name was Ali :) it was my first time there and she gave me time to decide while also giving good explanations to the questions I asked. Very nice and respectful. Great food and service. W server 👍🏽

We arrived a few minutes before happy hour 2:55pm Aug 16. The server was there to take our order right away and gave some suggestions on drinks. We ordered two of their special drinks then as soon as she left I realized that she might be putting the order in their system before 3pm when drinks were 25% discounted. We didn't see her, but when she came back I asked about it, and she said sorry, it went in at full price and she couldn't change so we asked her to check with her mgr. She did then came back to say the mgr said nothing she could do, the system controls it. They offered nothing else by way of customer service, just said what did you want to eat. End result, we reduced the servers tip by the amt of the discount and I did tell her why. I've worked in customer service for years and there are so many ways that could have been fixed. She should have been alert to the time which was never mentioned when taking order, the manager could have offered something else, vs just tough luck you missed by two minutes. Instead we're were left to be frustrated and almost didn't stay for our meal. Food was great and service otherwise good, but we still left feeling cheated for no reason, and unfortunately the full penalty went to the server and we suggested she tell her mgr why.

We live a mile away but have never visited. That was a mistake. Naples Flatbread at Miromar mall is fantastic. I had a Cuban sandwich with the spicy slaw. It was the best Cuban I can remember ever eating. The spicy slaw with jalapeños was great. I love spicy food so it wasn’t too spicy, but if you cannot eat food with a little “heat” then order the chips. My wife had a wrap and kept saying how good it was. We will definitely be back.

10/10 would recommend! Abbie was our bartender and was personable, charming, and knowledgeable. I got the quinoa bowl with chicken, and it was amazing! Naples Flatbread definitely created a raving fan!!

The reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is because the servers and drinks were great. Unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing. The meat in the steak “panini” (which was just a heated up and folded pita) tasted spoiled, which was unfortunate. I thought the wings might help but the only good thing about them was the sauce, in this case it was Korean bbq but otherwise they had zero crisp and tasted like large defrosted Costco wings. I will give them another try but unfortunately this time was not good.

The food is amazing — any flatbread you get will be great. The spinach artichoke dip is pretty good. The service is slow and it was very busy. One of the bathrooms was out of order and waiting in line took 15 minutes. The lava cake for dessert is very good.

My boyfriend and I stopped by after shopping for some flatbreads, the food was amazing and our server, Jess was 10/10 server. She was extremely nice, my boyfriend loves to jug his drinks and she still kept his drink filled the whole time, and they offered drinks to go. Overall a great experience and Jess did amazing!
