Just had the Key Lime gelato at the Miramar Outlet store and omg I could eat 10 of them!! So, so good!! Their pastry/chocolate bar was absolutely beautiful too! I'll definitely be back for more!

This is a great place to stop for delicious gelato.. lemon was tart and refreshing and if you can't decide get 2 flavors in one.. I loved the hazelnut and the coffee.. sweet without being to sweet and won't hurt the waistline. Purchased a couple small sizes which was just right and priced a little over $5 apiece.. the young lady at the counter was awesome as well..thank you for the great customer service and the samples to help me make up my mind was also enjoyed and appreciated. **(I signed up at the register with phone number for there club which will help with saving towards future purchases if you spend over $25. )

I really like Norman love chocolates, but there is an issue in this store. The personnel is very unfriendly, it seems that they are not well paid or they do not like their jobs. I frequently go to this store because it is pretty close to my house but lately the ladies working here look like they don’t care about anything. Cero costumer service.

Short: Disgusting!! Don’t waste your money!!!We bought a White Chocolate Cheesecake hoping to get something nice. Unfortunately, the Cake was really bad and tasted old and sour milk. It was really disgusting and mentioning and showing it to the employees was shocking. They didn’t care, and the answer I got was, „there is nothing we can do“. So I just lost 9$ for nothing! Wow! This is the worst store and customer service I’ve ever seen and I will never go there ever again!

Went into the Estero store yesterday for a 10 piece box and got a Gelato just for me...because I deserve it! Never a disappointment at Norman Love. When my friends unwrap that green box it always makes for a great day!
