Norman Love Confections - Miromar

Good selection of Norman Love classics. Same great quality, friendly staff - a must for a delicious stop while you’re getting your shopping done at the Miromar Outlets! My absolute favorite location is their chocolate salon on McGregor because it offers more of an upscale cafe vibe but I love that they offer their products at the mall too.

Pathetic customer service.

Three visits, same rude treatment from the same employee (heavyset Asian girl). No name tag, but she’s clearly untrained and unprofessional—eye-rolling, rushing customers, and dismissive behavior on Friday August 22nd.

We arrived at 6:45pm. She rushed a large group ahead of us, then took our order. Two tiny scoops of gelato—over $15.00. At 7:00pm, she told us we needed to leave and could sit outside. Seriously? Before taking our money, she could have politely mentioned that they close at 7:00pm and we would have gone elsewhere, no problem.

Staff were cleaning with dirty wet rags, wiping counters and then inside the gelato tubs interchangeably, as we watched them. Absolutely Disgusting.

We got up to exit and my wife told them we’re regulars—6–7 times a month, we will not be back! Her response (mumbled under her breath) as we left, “That’s your choice.

Employees reflect leadership. Norman Love, your brand is slipping. Customer service is nonexistent. Your prices are outrageous. Packaging won’t save you. If this is your standard, we’re done. If I could have given zero stars I would have!

When I entered the shop, he did not welcome me enthusiastically. When paying, he only gave me a box of chocolate. I asked him for a bag to put it in, but he said he didn't have one. It looked like he was as racist as me. I was really unhappy with this way of doing things.

Spanish girl refused to help me even tho I was waiting in line and helped a white family- mind you this girl is a POC! Crazy thing is she took my order and told me what I wanted, and I said I wanted the raspberry dome, when she walked over the white lady said that she wanted it so she gave it to her instead and then continued to help her? Lmao this is the craziest and most racist experience I’ve had and the fact that it came from a brown girl is crazier. Yuck.

Everything is so delicious.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The pastries are wonderful and reasonably priced. I which you had a mail order service as I am only in the Naples area for 3 months a year.

I had a carrot cake that was nothing but a bucket of sugar poured over a bit of crumb and decorated with a small carrot to justify its name. Besides the overwhelming sugary taste did I mention it had no other flavor? I thought Norman Love could do better than this.

Just had the Key Lime gelato at the Miramar Outlet store and omg I could eat 10 of them!! So, so good!! Their pastry/chocolate bar was absolutely beautiful too! I'll definitely be back for more!

This is a great place to stop for delicious gelato.. lemon was tart and refreshing and if you can't decide get 2 flavors in one.. I loved the hazelnut and the coffee.. sweet without being to sweet and won't hurt the waistline. Purchased a couple small sizes which was just right and priced a little over $5 apiece.. the young lady at the counter was awesome as well..thank you for the great customer service and the samples to help me make up my mind was also enjoyed and appreciated. **(I signed up at the register with phone number for there club which will help with saving towards future purchases if you spend over $25. )
