I'm not giving 1 because I do not know how they operate. What is warranting the 2 stars is that I drive to this DQ at 6:35 when it says online closing time is 7. I show up to find the store closed and paper to say it closed at 6. I looked at previous reviews and this seems to be a recurring problem or worse. You would have more customers if you would have the decency to show correct hours of business online. I'm not gonna drive all the way to your store to look at the hours in person and hope you are open, so get with the times.

Our closest mall in New Jersey used to have an Orange Julius stand but it disappeared and for years did not see any OJ anywhere. What joy to see and experience the smooth creamy taste again!

Before we could ask for bags or even the rest of our order, they slammed the window shut. We waited for over fifteen minutes before staring one of them down to ask them to give us the rest of what we had paid for. We got extremely disrespectful looks from staff before being told simply to leave.

Small shop, bring the grandson in for ice cream. They have kiddy sizes so not expensive. Staff is always friendly and the line can be out the door

Turned my blizzard upside down and it promptly fell on to the counter. Still charged full price despite only getting half of what we paid for. Keep driving. Not worth the stop.

We had ordered our food to go and they gave us the food un-bagged so I asked for a bag and the look I got from her was like I asked for her right arm. One of our blizzards had an unidentifiable hair in it. Prices were very high for a DQ and the whole place felt dirty. Food not that good either. Just a bad experience all around.

we walked in a minute before closing and joe hooked it up! #joeismysavior anyways the blizzards were a 10/10 i personally got cookie dough while the rest of the pals got oreo. i thoroughly enjoyed my visit

According to their hours, they are supposed to be open till 10, yet they put their "Closed" sign up at 9:38. I saw several families drive up, only to be disappointed. How do you run a business like that!!!?????!!!!
