Never again, what a shame this is the worst Pollo Tropical I ever visit.They served cold food employees sitting a lot of trash in the floor ,tables dirty.The manager should be aware of what is going on in this restaurant on Saturday.Very disappointed, never again and I will tell to all my friends about this Pollo Tropical bad service.

Got here at noon at was told they’re out of crispy chicken. Not that they had to cook more- that thy were out. When your name includes “pollo”, you should really try to have pollo available for people to eat. Plus, the bathrooms are filthy.

What happened? I was reminded of why I avoided this place for 2 years since workers back in 2020 yelled at me that they wouldn't serve me and another person because we had our masks down. LOL. Sauces = gone. Drink Station = gone. Quality/portions and price = horrible. (They even took sweet plantains out as a regular side! Workers = sad, and they show it. Just close the doors already. There is no going back to the days were I looked forward to eating here. Never again. Really, really, bad.

This is not a fast food restaurant. Food is prepared as it is supposed to be. Our wait staff was on point, answered our questions. Cost,was guite reasonable. Key to dinning out,don't go at PRIME TIME. Weekdays are best. Early lunch or dinner works most of the time. Best to dine out when you have NOWHERE to be. Have no expectations.

I’ve given this place way more chances than it deserves. I wanted to like this restaurant as some of the food is actually pretty tasty HOWEVER, the service is the absolute worst! The order is never right, food or drinks are always missing and they never give you sauces. I was actually told today that they were completely out of all sauces. My Uber driver also told me today that he got in an argument with them when he told them that some of the food items and drinks were missing! That’s unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is my third time ordering from here and the third time it was screwed up. They either forget items or send the wrong item today. I ordered a pork bowl and got dried up chicken no drink that I ordered and no sauce I think it’s safe to say this place will no longer be on my list.

I'm not sure how you can screw up lemonaide,, but it didn't taste so good. Tables were a little on the dirty side. I didn't go in the bathroom.

Imma be honest this was my limit of going here. I tried to like this place but today was just the cherry on top… horrible….from missing food to this. Like the fried yuca was as hard as rock you can’t even bite through it… and you can just see the fried plantains.

On November 4, 2022. I went and ordered 2 half chickens with rice and beans. The chicken was not cooked enough because of the texture next to the bone. I advise if they can cook it a little longer and this is what I got. I wanted the chicken to be cooked not burned. I was going to send a picture, but I guess I can’t.

Idk if they are short staffed or just hire the most inept people around? Chicken managed to be dry and pink at the same time ....??♀️Ohh and the drive thru is NEVER open. Wth??
Awful, awful, awful. No taste, they water down the black beans, absolutely no color, no salt, nothing. The chicken leg is the size of my little thumb. She forgot my friend yuca, it was horrible, had to throw it away. Never again. It's sad, Pollo Tropical used to serve good food. Not anymore.

Very few clean tables and no one came out to clean tables the entire time we were there. The croutons in my Caesar salad were moist and stale, not crispy. My husband’s Topichop was bland. Slow service. No one in front to take orders for several minutes. Lacked amenities such as napkin dispensers. Looked unkept, needed maintenance and cleaning.
