I am a local in Estero, first time trying Rosati’s today. Let me just say in a few words… Square-cut yumminess I ordered the medium thin crust with cheese, simple yet so much flavor. The staff/owner very friendly.

I ordered a simple medium pizza and waited an exorbitant amount of time with my four year-old daughter. The initial order was to have a little bit of water for her because she was playing on the playground and was very thirsty and the first thing they brought me was my drink, and not the water for my daughter. I waited so long that I started to complain. I used to work for a pizza place. I’ve made pizza at home and for the business. I even asked them about their oven and they said they have a 6 to 7 minute conveyor belt oven, which is standard for the industry. The owner came out in a very argumentative way and tried to explain something about drying out the tomatoes, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over 20 minutes for one pizza with no deliveries apparent and a very small group of individuals in the actual restaurant was ridiculous. I’m never going back there again. I didn’t finish my drink and I just took my daughter and left. Apparently the owner is an idiot, that doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. And he spoke very harshly and rudely to me in front of my daughter upon leaving. He has no decorum or respect in front of young children. Plus his menu is horrible. Specializing in only pizza and spaghetti. There was nothing more expansive on his appetizers section. I was almost ready to leave after looking at the menu a few times. His staff was very nice, but the owner was not. Very disappointed.

Amazing thin crust with Italian sausage. And they have improved their customer service substantially with Morgan at the counter as opposed to previous counter person(s).

This is a Chicago deep dish pizza?? You be the judge!! Not only is it barely a thin crust pizza, it's inedible! So disappointed.

We ordered what was supposed to be a deep dish cheese pizza. What we got was dough and sauce with barely any cheese ( you could not see it at all it was so sparse) I called the restaurant and got a very belligerent person named Jeremy I believe who proceeded to argue with me about the amount of cheese. I know someone had to have gotten distracted or was new and did not finish adding the cheese. We ordered the exact same pizza from the Naples store the week before and it was one of the best pizzas we had ever had. Of course Jeremy would accept zero responsibility for his terrible dough and sauce product and hung up on me! Really? What a jerk. From now on we will be getting Rosati's from Naples even though we live in Estero

I've managed to eat pizza all across the US, and while I was raised on thin crust pie in the Northeast, I've always appreciated the over-the-top hedonism that is Chicago deep-dish (even though I can only eat it every now and again or else is be the size of a Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon!

This particular Rosati's location is a great option here in SW Florida to get this Midwest classic. But deep dish is not the only thing here. They offer square cut bar pies, Italian beef and other regional favorites.

We loved our deep dish pie topped in sausage, and really appreciated the friendly server who helped us during our last visit. We'll find ourselves returning again and again because of the great food and service.

Vegetarian options: Plain pizzas are appropriate for vegetarians and omnivores alike!

The pizza and wings are delicious! However, when picking up our food I was greeted by 2 young girls that looked like they didn’t know what to do and one of them was covered in hickeys all over her neck. Not the most inviting way to greet guests.

I used to work in the kitchen at this Rosatis back in 2022. Ryle makes the best pizza in SW Florida. My dad drives from Bonita Springs to pick up a pizza from here almost every week. Great Chicago thin crust and deep dish pizza.

Love the pizza here.

Have been here a handful of times and food is consistent.

Went alone today after work and had to wait with limited customers and many staff members.

When I wanted a box to take home my pizza, the wait staff threw it in a box, as I was finishing.

I asked for some paper to go between the box and food.

She brought some mesh fabric and attempted to slide the pizza on there, then left where I also attempted with no smooth transition.

The pizza came apart and when she came back, I said I'm pissed off and not taking this home since it fell apart, she got very short and said she can bring another box, no help there.

Paid my bill, leaving discussed this with the manager and he was not to helpful, just said sorry.

When people go out to eat and spend money, the expectation is to take care of the customer.

This was not the case today.

I hope corporate may allow this to be ateaching moment to discuss with their staff.

No offer of anything to come back and make things right for me.

Looks like I will be on the hunt for another local Northern pizza place.

This is unfortunate to loose a customer in these times, if they even care.

We never know who we are serving or how they may suggest or not suggest restaurants to their sphere of influence.
