Service was a little slow, mid-day 2ish pm. My buddy ordered bone-in wings, they brought boneless. Should've offered a discount on that or just took them off the bill. Everything was good, just didn't make the mistake right!!

We stopped in for lunch ~ overall it was a really good experience! Everyone who helped us was so friendly! The grouper sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. And the fried pickles were yummy as a plate to share. It’s a super relaxed and welcoming place. We will definitely stop back in!

Only ever had the oysters and they weren’t fully cleaned but the ones that were were great! Love going out there in karaoke night on Wednesdays, I’ve gotten to know the staff and really love them! They’re their own vibe, they remember me and are always super helpful and just the best!

From the moment we sat down miss Amanda greeting us , told us the specials and even asked what are names were. In town from Wisconsin and heard great things about this franchise. We tried the boom boom shrimp, chicken wings and blue cheese crab queso. All was 🔥,

Rustero is such a great vibe! The bartender team is amazing and their service and personalities are so perfect for their jobs. They are the type of people that you want to talk to and always have a fresh drink in front of you when needed. Rustys in Estero is an awesome spot and I highly recommend, especially Abbe, Amanda, Jake, and Steven!

I frequent this location and Abbe and and Amanda are 2 of the most personable, kind bartenders I’ve met in the industry. Food is always great, beer is always cold. Rusty’s in Estero is the place to be if you’re looking for great service and a good time.

I recently visited Estero to attend a country music concert with a friend at Hertz Arena, which proved to be a fantastic venue for an enjoyable evening. Following the concert, I decided to dine at Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill, despite incurring a significant surcharge for the Uber ride there. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted rudely by a short blonde-haired staff member, who not only lacked professionalism but also became hostile and used profanity towards me aggressively when I attempted to place my order for a drink and appetizer. It was clear that Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill does not prioritize tourist patrons, missing an opportunity to engage with a demographic that could contribute positively to their business. The lack of respect and consideration for customers was evident.

As a manager myself, I would have taken immediate action to address the unacceptable behavior of the employee who greeted my group and terminate this employee on the spot. This experience tarnished what should have been a delightful evening, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. It was a regrettable end to an otherwise enjoyable night. Shame on Rusty’s for employing this shorter blonde-haired bartender. The staff needs to learn some class here and have some courses on hospitality. Do not support this business when in town to attend an event!
