store manager was rude and unhelpful never had a bad experience with customer service at any starbucks very unfortunate and unprofessional

I’ve never written a review but I was craving Starbucks and got attended by one of the workers, I believe his name was Jorge. Super hospitable and was quick with my order. definitely would recommend this Starbucks for its service out of the fair few I’ve been too.

Nice little Starbucks in Bonita Springs while visiting the Hyatt Regency for a conference. It was a bit out of the way but the coffee is consistent and better than most regular coffee pods you get a he hotels. Prefer the staple Carmel Macchiato with an added shot and a breakfast sandwich.

Ordered online and hopped out and grabbed it and back in the car fast. Fast and friendly.

as an ex-barista, i have to say this location is run extremely poorly. every time i place a mobile order or go inside the store i do so knowing my order will take about 15 minutes, no matter how many people in line. staff is so worried about each other and making small talk rather than doing their jobs.

I went into the cafe, asking for 3 venti waters, with my card out. The guy said i needed to purchase something and they would only give it to me as a tall. Can you believe I couldn’t get a water, nor pay for it. All a costumer wanted was a water, yet they refused to give me water, even when i was willing to pay. I refuse to enter that starbucks. It was a male by the way, manager if you’re seeing this. The male gave us attitude and a look walking away
FYI: It was a 12 year old ordering water.

The Starbucks at this location has been like a yo-yo the last few years (open/closed/open/closed). The service during those years was hit or miss. I started going to Panera next door. This location opened back up late summer and it is like night and day with service. They are all very very good. The star for me is Jordan. She knows my order, name and my ugly mug (lol) and goes above and beyond and should be recognized for her being an “asset” to this location.
