Workers are more worried about taking to each other instead of taking care of customers promptly. Over 10 minutes for simple drink and I was the only customer!!

Worst Starbucks I've ever visited.. slow service, hardly anything available with an 8x11 sheet of paper covered with a long list of unavailable items, including pike brew and I was served a rather old tasting dark roast instead AND was not granted a personal cup discount t because it wasn't in a "starbucks cup" which is a lie as I bring my non starbucks thermos into every location and have never been denied before.

They are so slow I waited a long time. And they still messed up my order. Then they gave me my drinks within 5 minutes from each other. They need help. Coffee shouldn’t be sweet if you order 4 shots of expresso!!!

Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, enough said?This location was pleasant and a nice place to relax with a cool frappuccino on a hot day, waiting for someone.I was first introduced to Starbucks when first visiting Seattle before they became worldwide. At that time, only carts on corners and a main store in Pike's market.I rarely go to a store today; however it's a nice treat... Especially annually for pumpkin spice latte ☕

We are visiting from the east coast of Florida. Everyone in the store was amazing, especially the young lady that took my order. She seems to be new. She was super sweet, kind, and helpful. Our drinks and food were perfect!

Customer service sucks. Workers have more time to visit with each other than engaging the customers. Service is slow. And after paying over 6$ for a coffee, it comes out messy and they can’t be bothered to wipe the cup. This is Monday morning, May 15, 9:35am. Please let the workers know they are unprofessional and trashy.
Most Starbucks in area train employees how to make drinks. Been here twice this week. Worst Americano ever! Try training employees to avoid losing more customers. Won't be back

Been traveling around a bit and had Starbucks in several places….the service here was quick, friendly and efficient. Location was super neat and tidy and the bathroom was also tidy. Good job.
