I didn't get my simple black coffee that I overpaid for for 30 minutes before I had to say something to the staff. This was an underwhelming experience with a poor atmosphere. I was heavily disappointed. Would not go again

This place was extremely disappointing. It was not clean at all—the outdoor tables were dirty. I ordered a sandwich and it was served completely falling apart. The coffee was unacceptable: it tasted like plain water, didn’t taste like coffee at all, and it was cold. Without a doubt, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I placed an order ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee, and the girl making the coffee (need more staff) completely ignored me standing there while everyone else's coffee was being made. Girl at register was nice but the other one was awful. I left a good tip too.

I bought a medium Pike Place on Saturday. I thought paying 3 bucks for a quick black coffee pour was sufficient, so no tip. Did the dude with a ski cap that took my money give me the coffee like every other Starbucks? No, I waited 15 minutes and had to go back to the counter when the store was about empty, and beg for my coffee. When he gave it too me there was no sleeve. I had to ask the girl making the fancy coffee for a sleeve. The coffee tasted great, but I will pay cash going forward, and only consider a tip after I have been fully served. To the owner: your push for a tip via the credit card is hurting your business.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I am always content with the service and atmosphere. Especially today on Black Friday the entire staff was laughing and working so professionally. They really kept the atmosphere upbeat and smooth even in the midst of the busy rush!! Well done 😍🙌

First red flag was that they don’t give you your receipt or even ask about it. Second one was that they didn’t take my order right and was waiting for my missing mocha, had to ask the barista about it since others were getting their drinks and their reply was I had to go back to the line to reorder my drink since I didn’t pay for the drink. And there I go asking them for the first receipt and the second one to verify that the order was correct. I don’t like to be a pain but it was 5:30, really cold and left gratuity and yet left upset by the service

Wow. We’ve just waited over 20 minutes for three coffees we placed order and paid. They lost our order did not appear in the system. They said they’d make the drinks immediately. Meanwhile we watched whilst loads of other people’s drinks come out and had to ask more than three times for than to make our drinks. Our problem did not go unnoticed by other customers who said to us “finally!”

Really bad service, they confused my order, and charged me for a drink that never gave me, and since they didn’t give me a receipt I wasn’t able to show that I was charged for it.

I buy coffee in this place 5 days ago and they charged me twice and never returned my money back. I ask manager Kim Talbert why girl who charged me twice not returning my money. The manager Kim Talbert was very rude and ignored the fact that I was charged twice.I really don't like this place and everyone who visit this Starbucks please check your statement to make sure you weren't charged twice.

This is my first time coming here to this location and can I just first say I walked in and felt right at home, I was greeted at the door by one of the baristas and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. There are tables to sit at outside and enjoy your drink as well as cute cozy indoor seats as well. We ordered the horchata drink which was so exciting because my boyfriend loves horchata and the barista girl made sure it was perfect for him, she even added a little more horchata to make sure it had enough flavor and he would enjoy it to the fullest. He loved it. I can’t have caffeine right now but as soon as I can this will be the first place I order from, I’ll probably get the horchata drink too.
