Really bad service, they confused my order, and charged me for a drink that never gave me, and since they didn’t give me a receipt I wasn’t able to show that I was charged for it.

I buy coffee in this place 5 days ago and they charged me twice and never returned my money back. I ask manager Kim Talbert why girl who charged me twice not returning my money. The manager Kim Talbert was very rude and ignored the fact that I was charged twice.I really don't like this place and everyone who visit this Starbucks please check your statement to make sure you weren't charged twice.

This is my first time coming here to this location and can I just first say I walked in and felt right at home, I was greeted at the door by one of the baristas and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. There are tables to sit at outside and enjoy your drink as well as cute cozy indoor seats as well. We ordered the horchata drink which was so exciting because my boyfriend loves horchata and the barista girl made sure it was perfect for him, she even added a little more horchata to make sure it had enough flavor and he would enjoy it to the fullest. He loved it. I can’t have caffeine right now but as soon as I can this will be the first place I order from, I’ll probably get the horchata drink too.

Horrible service. Got my order wrong, and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for them to make the correct drink and start my other drink. Please do better!

I ordered a drink that didn't like, when I told one of the girls that she instructed me to throw it in the garbage and asked me which one i wanted to make a new one, I told her and 20+ minutes went by and nothing. She even moved away that area and I had to approach a different person and asked if someone was working on my drink, but she knew nothing about it. She ended up doing it for me, but the other one never even looked my way.

I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 3 to 6 minutes. 35 minutes after I place the order, it still wasn’t ready. The barista is inside said that the computer system tells the customer that it is done when it really isn’t, but they were not working on mobile drink orders at all. They served at least 20 customers inside the store before starting to work on the mobile orders that were already placed more than 30 minutes prior. One barista that said she was the manager yelled from the opposite end of the store that they were “starting to work on the drinks”. They need a better system for making sure mobile orders are given an accurate time or baristas are actually paying attention to making them. On top of that, they didn’t pay attention to the sticker and made my drink wrong so I had to wait again for them to make it right.

Ordering was pleasant but the girl making the coffee’s was not she made half of my order and then left my other coffee sitting on the counter half done while making several other coffees for other people while I stood there waiting. When I finally spoke up to ask where my other coffee was she said oh oops and then added milk and handed me the coffee, rudely, when I took a sip it was made totally wrong, I’m allergic to dairy and there was no sweetener in it. Usually Starbucks employees are kind and get the orders right but not this girl and I would be understanding to a mistake if she was nice about it, like I was but she wasn’t.

I only ordered an ice matcha with vanilla sweet cream and they got it wrong 3 times. It wasn't even busy, I gave up after the 3rd time. How do you get a simple order wrong three times, I don't understand. I recommend going to the one in Gulf Town Center. That Starbucks needs to get their act together.

We ordered 2 coffee Frappuccinos. Mine was so watery. It tastes like there is NO coffee even in it I should have drive back and requested another . Very poor quality👎

This is by FAR the worst customer experience in a starbucks ever. Every freacking time i order something i have to explain them how to do it right. Personal is not trained right and for sure not mentally qualified. It seems like the lowest part of the community comes to work here in this location.
I hope you guys (employees )can develop as human beings in order to not be making coffees (wrong) all your lifes.
