If I donate 98% of my brains and take depressants I’d still be over qualified to work here. 25 minutes for an iced coffee then the boarista argued swearing “it” made my order and someone else must have picked it up. All while I sat there watching and never saw an iced drink made. Starbucks used to be good… maybe it is just this generation that has no idea how to take pride in their craft. And all my friends and family ask me why I prefer Dunkin over this place….

Best misto I have had in years. Staff was very friendly we got our drinks fast. No bathroom in side you the store. They needed to clean the store as well.

the trash was overflowing and had a somewhat foul odor and there was trash all over the floor (probably because of the fact the trash was overflowing). the dirty dishes were kept out for awhile (i’d understand this one if they were stressed while working but they kept it out for customers to stand by and see). the pastries on display were covered in flies and i noticed a few other customers who seemed grossed out by this. the staff seemed lovely but it was obvious that there needs to be more people working so that these things can be avoided along with less stress for the employees.

Went to Starbucks in Florida, Estero outlet Miroma. A disaster. Ordered an iced vanilla coffee. Ice cubes and an artificial flavor of vanilla. Disgusting. Much better years ago. That's $6.95. Thank you too. Never there again.
