Wound up placing an order at a different Starbucks then I intended. The store manager was great and very helpful. They made my order as originally intended & even brought it to the car. Every company could use great people like this.

I asked for a latte and I received an iced drink. The person that made the drink offered to remake it. The person at the cash register was NOT paying attention. I said “LATTE”. I thought a latte was a HOT beverage.
I ordered a feta spinach wrap and the person threw it on the counter and didn’t even call the customer’s name.

I just got home with my drink and started drinking it when i realized stuff floating around. it’s white slimy and was huge untill i started to get it out then it broke. NO IDEA what this is. but threw away my whole 7-8$ drink. absolutely disgusting. I would like to know what it is. also took a video but it won’t allow me to upload the video. i come here quite often and get this drink and this is a first. gross.

Parking: Few places out front for customer parking only. Nice. Some handicap parking also.

I often order here . this branch, in the past they did very well and gave me the exact 9 extra cups of matcha I requested. But today they did not remove it according to my request. The water here is getting worse and worse
Love the space here so relaxing drinking my dbl espresso ? Really can't go wrong with starbucks. Service outstanding cleanliness outstanding. Drive-thru is very busy. I go prefer to sit in or outside .
Vegetarian options: I prefer avacado toast but many options.
Parking: Certain times of day very busy due to Verizon , doggie spa , nailbar. After 5, forget it. Texas Roadhouse is usually packed and go early if you want to relax.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide doors and spacious inside for mobility.
