This has been my go-to Starbucks for years. Friendly staff always has the main menu available and is kept pretty clean too. Drive-thru looks long but it moves quickly.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The entire staff is amazing, and I appreciate how they always greet me by name whenever I enter and sometimes even have my usual order ready by the time I go up to pay. They’re all friendly, accommodating, and provide excellent and speedy service. Nichele in particular has recently gone out of her way to provide exceptional service. Will continue to make this location my home away from home.

I really like the person who made this my coffee, same recipe but each person makes it differently. I always wait for Monday and Friday every week because on these 2 days I will meet this barista, i just want let you know THANKS YOU♥️

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and it was phenomenal! Over the past 3 months the drinks have been extremely hit or miss. I’d say 50% of the time I can’t even take more than a few sips because they’re so bad (including the one I got today).
The only way I can describe it is that it tastes like they’re running multiple drinks through the same espresso. Old, watered down and bitter taste.
The team here is great but I think I’ll start going out of my way to the other Starbucks that just opened on Alico because the espresso never tastes bad at that one. I just can’t continue to waste so much money on drinks that are expensive and inedible.
Starbucks has delicious drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. Most Sundays brothers and sisters from my congregation will join together to enjoy some energy from these beverages and a welcoming environment to enjoy each other's company

Awful rude service. Was told I was not entitled to a refill because I received a plastic “to go cup” vs glass cup. Wasn’t asked initially about cup preference.
