As I’m inside Starbucks, the music being played in the background is dropping “F”-bombs. As hard enough as it is to wrap my head around paying $7 for coffee, this is just insane, especially when there’s kids inside listening to this

Most of the time the service is good. However, a couple days before Christmas I got reprimanded. Basically a woman told me that next time I do a mobile order to give them more time to make it. I totally don’t mind waiting or pulling in the drive thru. But the way she was saying that she had to pull my ticket before others and that “oh no it’s okay” yet she corrected me was off putting. Like I made it a problem for them. For now on I’ll order sooner before I go. However, she could have said something different like “hi I just got your order so it will be a bit of a wait” and that would have been fine. Never have I been corrected at any drive thru. Overall, her verbiage was off putting and it honestly wouldn’t have bothered me if presented differently…

I really like the warmth and layout of this new store. It has lots of comfortable seating, small group areas, high tops and they brought back the long bench seat. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. This store removes the barista counter from being the focal point and has more windows.
