Asked for salmon salad. Asked for tacos. Both dishes we were told that they didn’t have salmon or bread for the tacos. Ordered pot stickers and the were not fully cooked. Waitress was rude. Used to be our favorite place. Not anymore. We will not return.

Our family ate there last night. Our daughter ordered the sushi. As soon as we left the restaurant she was in the bathroom so sick from her dinner. She was throwing up and had diarrhea all night and it started almost right after she ate. She said the salmon looked a different color then usual but didn’t think anymore about it. We called a manager today and they really didn’t offer much other than they hoped she felt better. Not that we would go back, because the service was terrible but it’s disgusting they are serving such bad quality food.

Horrible management & staff. We called at 12:30 to make a reservation for dinner and were told they do not except reservations for less than eight but a party of six would be no problem with no wait. They do not get busy at night and She could guarantee there would be no wait. So we show up To be greeted by a 1 hour wait. The waitress that answered tried to backpedal and said there may or may not be a way. The manager said lunchtime doesn’t have a weight but it must’ve gotten worse. I said I verify the time several times. The restaurant had over 2/3 of the tables empty at the time of the hour wait. They also said they’ve never seen it busy like this which is interesting for a holiday break week.

Just hilariously bad service. Took five minutes to get seated (with no line or others waiting) at a greasy table. Sat for another five before the waiter took the drink order from my friend and then didn’t event ask for mine before speeding off. Gave it up after 15 in this place. Entire dining area felt filthy as well, unfortunately. Server said they weren’t short-staffed so I’m out of excuses. Food reviews here seem good, so just vault those service hurdles and you may have a good time. Godspeed.

Excellent self designed stir fry! Amazing freshness. Nicely decorated. Google maps had trouble giving correct directions through the awful maze within Coconut Point Mall. Can't wait to return if I can figure out how I got there.

Food was fine. Service was not good, I think the waiter thought it was funny to quietly make his way to our table then talk really loud such that I jumped in surprise a number of times and ended up with a headache - by the way there was no one else seated near us. For some unknown reason we were seated in the bar area instead of the main dining area where there were plenty of tables. The place was very dark and sitting in the bar dining it smelled strongly of beer - definitely in need of a carpet cleaning. Service was slow, and again food for just ok yet priced high for what you get. There's much better options in Coconut Mall.

We enjoy the fresh and flavorful food and the Stir Fry bar. This place is worth visiting!

Absolutely love Stir Crazy and being able to choose fresh vegetables to make my own unique wok of freshly cooked Asian food. I wish there were more locations

Everytime I go I feel like I need to open my own stir fry restaurant. Being able to create your own delicious sauce blend and veggies always makes this place a hit in my book! If you enjoy Asian cuisine I suggest you come grab a seat!

Been here a few times and always great. As fresh as it gets. So, i tried Embers Korean Steakhouse in Ft. Myers and it's supposed to be "high end fine dining," Stir Crazy throws rocks at Embers. I've been to Embers twice and it's borderline horrible. Stir Crazy is WAY better!!!

Walked in and walked right back out. This restaurant used to be a highlight of every trip to Coconut Point. Went in around noon on a Saturday and was shocked by what we found. Dirty fingerprints all over the windows, filthy dirt footprints all over the floor. The menus were torn up, the spirals bent and broken. The booths were held together with duct tape, and the chairs were chipped and covered in fingerprints. If this is how dirty the dining room is, how dirty is the kitchen?? Will not be going back.

Usually love coming in every two weeks and sitting at the bar but today's service will keep me away for awhile. When we sat at the bar both manager type looking people leaning next to the bar never greeted us they actually stared at us from 20ft away while continuing their conversation for the next 8 min. Finally the bartender greets us. Not only were the out of every type of wine except house she never tried to help sort through the wines she does have to accommodate me. We each ordered an app and I only had water because the bartender didn't care to help me find a wine that she did have in stock. We were going to order a meal but with all the unfriendly workers we decided otherwise. I did not get the names of the Managers working but one was about 5 10 Hispanic or Italian man in a red and black long sleeve. He couldn't bare to even smile just glared our way during the entire experience. The other was a woman with black hair about 5' 4". Being someone that works in the industry I would hate to work for a management with their attitude.

A very disappointing experience. The restaurant had none of the red wines bottles listed on the menu... the reason given was that they didn’t get their order. The waitress did offer to bring us a bottle of their house brand, which we accepted, but unfortunately it was an awful wine.

So 100% honesty here. My GF and i arrive and were seated. They have their daily specials on the table. Monday was a 2 for 20 plus meat charge. We go to order and the waitress says that's not valid anymore but let me check with the manager. Manager comes over, takes the card off the table and says we haven't had that in months. I asked her if they'd still honor it as we had already requested it and its not our fault they didn't remove it. Stores still offer sale prices when employees don't update price tags, why should this be different? I accepted that and moved on and we ordered. The waitress came off as though we were now an inconvenience, which was quite unprofessional. The kindest well- mannered person was the cook when we went to give them our choices. The food was great don't get me wrong, but the way business was conducted ensures i won't go back. Oh, when you order and it says ultimate, they charge you the same price for each meat and they do not tell you that on the menu or in person. $65.00 with tip.

We were seated at the bar last Saturday at 5 PM. The place was empty. The bartender was inattentive. He stopped to chat with a server while holding our appetizer as we watched and waited. I saw a woman walk thru the dining room to the kitchen window to pick up her own food stating ,"I think that's ours, it's been sitting here for a while". After entrees, we were not offered coffee or dessert. We received no fortune cookies with our bill. We had given the bartender a $20 Groupon, which he forgot to deduct. We had to hunt him down for a new bill.
