Went for ice cream. Local to Estero. Owners were rude. One didn't seem like he wanted to serve. The other gentleman took the payment. He said the ice cream cone and predesigned flavor were not in the pricing. $1 each. Picture shows the flavor and basic cone. He said not included. Stuck his tongue out and shook his head. I was mortified to have been standing there watching this and just wanted to check out my shake. Awful experience and ice cream not that great. Local resident lost!

I would give -5 starsThe owner was working and he was so rude to the customers in front of me as well as me. Extremely rushed unfriendly and unprofessional. I asked him when checking out why so rushed? He then proceeded to let out an exasperated sigh and respond still rude. Then when I was walking out he continued to talk about the situation to the customer behind me as if he wasn’t the one in a terrible mood. ❗️Simply don’t work in the service industry if you’re not a nice person

I will start with the positive. The ice cream was really good. Now the negative. The workers were incredibly rude to everyone who walked into that store. He was rushing, and trying to get people to order as soon as they stepped foot in the store. Then a woman came in with a service dog and he kicked her out of the store because there is a no dog policy, even when he knew that it was a service dog. When the woman’s companion came back in to try to convince the man to let them back in, he said that the woman is probably faking and doesn’t need the dog, and went on to yell at the woman and kick her out of the store. Don’t come her, the workers are incredibly rude towards their customers, it’s seems like they are trying to have a failing business.

Unsanitary and rude! Stay away from this place it was my first time trying but the ice cream had hair and tasted like sweat!!! I took one bite and threw away the bowl. It definitely wasn't sanitary.

Ice cream was yummy. Wouldn’t recommend getting a unique cone- very bland. Customer service is less than impressive. Be prepared to bring in a smile to share with the workers!

The guy working (assuming the owner) is miserable. Heard the way he talked to other customers & decided to take our business elsewhere. Rude & miserable. Go up the street to Tipsy Udder, great selection & service with a smile!

Went there with my wife and daughter, seemed very expensive for what you get.
