The food here is actually very good! That just need to clean much better from the floors, to the seating, to the surfaces it needs a deep cleaning and staff that keep it clean.

I had a terrible experience last month in this store...but after talking with one of the managers ( Brittney ) she convinced me that I should give them an opportunity to make it better although my wife was against ever going back there again we did and thanks to our waitress and the kitchen manager ( will ) we had one of the best nights out and some of the best foods ever... I would like to thank and compliment everyone there for showing us that it was definitely worth going back...

I arrived to this location to pick up for Uber eats and was standing in front for approximately 10-15 minutes before even being acknowledged. After being acknowledged someone handed me food that had been sitting on the counter from the time I arrived. No name or order # was read back to me. The food was cold. Poor service overall.

When I came in, there was no hostess to seat me, and I (and others) had to stand around and wait for several minutes for her to finally show up. When she did come, I said it was just me, so she said I could sit at the bar. I said I preferred a table/booth, so she said I should sit at a table in the bar area (and get served by the bar tenders, when they're not serving drinks). I grimaced and did so, and eventually ended up sitting at the bar just so I could get service/attention. Now to be clear, there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant area, so there was no reason to push me into the bar to begin with. The bar staff was responsive and attentive, which gets them their 2nd star, but my food took forever to come out of the kitchen! I'm pretty sure they had to resubmit the order after it didn't get cooked originally (I heard them ask about it). Finally, when I did get my dinner, the steak was tough and grisly. Now as I said, it's not like they were packed, there were lots of open tables and seats, unlike the Outback I had just left (because they had a half hour to 45 minute wait, including bar seats). I think it's clear now why that was the case. This location needs a lot of training/ better management!

Had a great experience. Food was good. We came super early on a Sunday and it seemed like everything moved slowly. Quiet experience would have preferred a little more energy from the staff. We tried the $20 feast and it actually turned out well. Saves you $16 per meal tier. Recommendation!

Very good. Sorry that they closed the one near our house, had to drive nearly 30 miles to this one. I miss some of the old Jack Daniels entrees, but what I had was very good. Great service also.

Haven’t been in Fridays since living in PA, was actually surprised their menu offered much more then I remembered, food was good and out fast, portions were filling, I would go back again!
