Beautiful curb appeal and the tennis is absolutely amazing
My family and I moved from Michigan in July 2020 and we built a Pulte Home in The Place! We ablove the lifestyle and our neighbors! It’s fun for the whole family! We highly recommend it!

The Place Clubhouse serves very good food at fair prices, with friendly and attentive staff. The outdoor bar offers a nice breeze overlooking the pool area. The menu features a variety of options, including vegetarian choices and clearly labeled dietary restrictions, making it a great spot for families and those with special needs. The staff, especially Erica, provides great service. Customers enjoy the food and drinks, including the crab cakes and short rib, although some dishes can be too salty, like the grouper tacos.
