I am a regular customer of tropical smoothie, this location in particular is not well coordinated, there is only one person receiving orders making smoothie and answering calls, the store is full, I was waiting for my order for more than 40 minutes in the store until I got angry and asked how much longer I should wait, it is a Poor child who is at the front desk obviously needs help and some manager who can solve the situation, as I observed even after me, it is chaos to visit this store, you have to have a lot of time

I work in Food Service. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of my experience with Ana. I am very disappointed. I came in with one large order (2 quesadillas and 5 smoothies) for my coworkers on my break. The young man at the cashier was so friendly. However when I asked for a receipt so my coworkers knew what to pay me back, he mentioned the receipt printer was not working. That is not a problem! I asked if it was possible to take a photo of the screen. He asked ana for assistance and she automatically rolled her eyes while looking at me. So so so disrespectful. As a supervisor I would not want someone with that awful if customer service working in the front. The customers in line behind me were disturbed as well. Ana made the experience 0/5. Thank you.

Every time I order from here, which has been about 4 times now, my order is wrong. I asked for chicken chipotle club, and at home I open it to a chicken and ranch. My side is missing half the time, among other items. How do you screw it up 4/4 times people? You aren't even that busy compared to places in Gulf Coast Town Center and yet they are able to do things right the first time. I give up, don't waste time with lazy people.

Well I've been trying to keep carbs low so I was in the mood for a chicken Caesar salad. Tropical Cafe was on the way home so I decided to give it a whirl. Honestly it tasted like a gas station salad. Which isn't bad these days, and about the same price too. If your in a pinch, it serves it's purpose. Not much else to add.
I get my nails done nearby and on a whim I popped in to Tropical Smoothie Cafe next door. This was my first time there and the smoothie was delicious and the service was quick. I've been back several times and have tried something different each time. All good! I'll try a sandwich wrap next time.

After waiting 10 minutes for the shake, she gave me one that was not even full. I didn't want to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes, so I left. I would think that for $8, they could at least fill the cup.
