You seriously need to reevaluate your curbside pick up department because waiting 30 minutes for them to bring 5 items out is a little excessive with absolutely no one in the parking lot. Customer service skills suck and you need to address this ASAP

It seems very bad to me, Walmart has always had a reputation for bad customer service for one reason or another but on this occasion what happened to me in this specific store, store 5347 Estero, is a shame and even more so because it is made by a Latina to another. It turns out that asking for help from a very kind worker at this store helped us find a product, minutes later we asked for her help again and she did help us again but hiding from her store manager named DIANA. Why does it seem like he saw her helping us? and he reprimanded her why her employee took her time to serve us wow!!! What kind of unpleasant person to treat his employees (two) like that. Now one can understand the reason why the majority of employees treat the costumers with little customer service and the few who do, reprimand them should explain to DIANA that Your employees do not treat each other like slaves. Those times are over. People treat each other with kindness and empathy. They are not burden animals that you can abuse, nor abuse your position as a store manager. Shame as a person.

Overcharged on Sam's club soda. Price listed was $1 as a roll back from $1.48, but the register charged me $1.48. Did not realize it until arrived home. I am not driving back for .48 cents and will wait until next visit to the store. Very frustrating.

The isles are poorly marked, cannot find items easily, and the employees are zero help. I would rather spend more money and have better customer service and an easier time finding my items.
