Horrible place!!! Avoid! An incredibly rude staff member actually used obscenities to a customer just asking why his drive thru order was taking over 15 min! The manager was apologetic and said they have gotten a lot of complaints about this guy….soooo why does he still work there?!? Scary

This the WORST Wendy's anywhere. After order and 3rd in line took 15 min to get order. I ordered Single Cheese, ketchup, mustard onion and pickle. I get back to work and the burger felt heavy and I'm thinking, oh no. I got a double with everything. Not to my taste nor what I ordered. Threw it away. Never stopping here again.

Went through the drive through on my way home after work school and pto/sac mtg.
Service was horrible, the male talking the order was rude and nasty. Once I asked him to repeat my order he did and I said that will be all thank you. Pulled forward, he takes my form of payment hands me back my card and receipt. Then a female comes to hand me the bag. I thank them and they say nothing. Pull forward hand the bag to my son asking him to check making sure the food was all in the bag.. he pulls out the fries, I ask are they hot no not really, are they warm kinda. I feel and when I tell you my freezer had just defrosted that is what these fries felt like. So I go inside after I ask if the chicken was hot with only the fries.. hi to the counter wait 5 minutes and not be addressed.. to finally come back in contact with the same male that took my order and payment. And I told him the fries were ice cold. No apologies nothing. Takes them and throws them away. Waited for fresh fries. TONS OF what appeared to be cooked chicken just sitting around. Not under a warmer, in random spots.
I've never been so disappointed with this Wendy's.

Horrible. Must not have a manager or owner who care. No frosty available. Bacon cheeseburger had no cheese. One disgusting hard piece of bacon. Nothing else on it. Ice cold. Hamburger with bacon was lukewarm at best. Looked like crap. Bacon looked like it was warmed in a microwave way too long. Burger was a mess and all apart. Fries were coldest and tasted like they had been sitting out and warmed in the microwave. So bad we threw it in the trash.

The worst employees work here at night, if you hate yourself come here and order dinner. THE MOST incompetent people will have no problem ruining your order while acting like it's your fault in the process and they service you incorrect and cold food till you give up and leave.

I went to this wendy’s location on August 20th around 10:45pm. A guy in his mid 20’s with glasses, a beard, and brunette hair took my order. We asked a simple yes or no question of “is it possible to do a spicy chicken sandwich in a biggie bag” he then responded with “are you joking? i’ve never heard that” and “are you serious? i’m not doing that” all while laughing with a very condescending tone. We couldn’t tell if HE was joking, but once we asked again for a simple answer, he got more aggressive and wouldn’t give us a straight response. Get him fired. I would like to be able to get dinner in peace.
