The two women working on 12/31 both need to be fired. Rude annd moving in slow motion on purpose to irritate customers. Especially the manager wearing the red shirt when confronted about her attitude she claim that’s “just how she was” . If they can’t live up to the Wendy’s standards tell them to try out McDonald’s where employees are always rude lol.

I waited 15 minutes for my food and it's was still cold and the manager didn't do anything to fix my order it was only a small burger and fries and it took 15 minutes sad to say this place was bad and GM was hiring a person saying that we are fast and quick but I didn't see it

Everytime I go the manager speaks in a very irritated tone and the food you get is cold. If you make any changes to the ingredients expect terrible service. Very unprofessional Manager. And has been for months.

Touch screen kiosk thing is insulting. Some associates want to help but mgt appears to enforce hands off approach. Kiosk should be optional

I’m only rating this service because of the girl that actually talked to me and took care of me at the window was so kind and generous. I hope who ever reads this looks into the manager that ran the computer and telecom this evening. I simply ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal clearly telecom probably couldn’t project correctly to the manager taking my order so he accidentally charged me two orders of the chicken nuggets after I corrected him that I didn’t want a 4 piece but a 10 piece meal. I then proceeded to the window where accountability on me I was having Apple Pay problems. I then thought the price was a little weird and realized they accidentally charged me for another extra meal. The girl was so kind but the manager proceeded to degrade me from behind her and say that I didn’t know what I ordered, didn’t even have the guts to say it to my face. Also asked her if there was a manager and she confirmed it was him. I was never mean or frustrated in this situation and constantly apologized for making this girl have to constantly retake my payment. Overall that manager needs to gain some respect. I’m a server and I’d never treat my guest like that.

Horrible they would not help us take our order made us use the kiosk which was not detailed my son tried ordering but could find what he was looking for then he didn’t have the option to take mayo off he’s sandwich so he didn’t eat he’s sandwich Mean while an elder couple came in and was told they had to use it. Well they couldn’t figure it out so they left. There’s a sign that said short staff so use kiosk while 4 employees are just standing around doing nothing. I’m just wondering if I’m doing there job when dose my benefits kick in. You as Wendy’s are already losing stores in our area this location will be closed soon as well.
