The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Service was a little slow. i was so impressed that the owner, Mike, handed us our credit cards when we were checking out. What a nice touch! I have left my card at the table before but he made sure that was not happening to his guests. Very thoughtful! This was my second visit and plan to go again.

Dining at Zino was a colossal disappointment. When we arrived, we were the sole diners, and our server was reasonably attentive. He was not thoroughly schooled on the appetizers that were part of the early special, but that was OK. My father and I both ordered cocktails, which arrived promptly. We also both ordered the steak entree, which was tasty and cooked properly, but overpriced. The dining experience fell apart when we tried to order dessert and coffee. The restaurant began to get crowded, and our server was nowhere to be found. When we found him asked what was available for dessert, he dropped menus at our table, but desserts were not featured on the menu. We stopped him again while he was passing by our table, and he promised to return with information. He did not. We asked the greeter for information and tried to place an order with her, but the desserts never arrived, nor did our coffees, which we had asked for three times from the server and greeter. We finally gave up, approached the greeter, and asked for our check. She apologized for the poor service, citing the crowded restaurant as an excuse. She took my name and phone number, saying the owner wanted to call to apologize, but no call ever came. It was my dad's 89th birthday, and I wanted to treat him to a nice birthday dinner. I researched, and found that Zino's had favorable reviews online. Those reviews did not reflect the experience we had, which was horrible. We stopped at Publix for a piece of birthday cake to enjoy at home. My dad is 89, and I don't know how many more birthdays I can enjoy with him. Let's hope this wasn't the last.

I had a surprise birthday party here for my friend this week. It was spectacular! Michael, Vinny and their staff did a GREAT job !! The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. The entertainment was over the top with Amonte !! If you haven't been here then make it a point to go especially to one of the shows , you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed our evening at Zino's. The drinks were good, food was well prepared and reasonably priced and the in house entertainment makes for a nice evening.

Have dined here semi regularly since opening about 6 years ago...food is always good...service a bit weak...hardy drinks...weak menu selections...could use more selections

I didn't stay to eat here because the service was lousy and the accommodations poor. I booked a table for Valentines Day a week in advance. We were placed at a small table in the corner at the very back of the restaurant. Management was un accommodating when I asked to relocate further towards the front where the tables are. more spacious and spread apart. We were essentially ignored and the so called partial owner I spoke to was very sarcastic when I asked to speak with the restaurant manager. Prices were elevated for the holiday and we were essentially ignored invisible to the servers I believe due to where we were seated. After this unpleasant and potentially pricey experience, I got up and left. The other owner was apologetic that he could not help us since he claimed all the other tables were already taken. I am a regular customer there and when the “snowbirds “ leave and the restaurant is no longer crowded during off-season they won't be seeing me again any time soon. I am also starting to question whether or not Open Table reservations get less priority.

The food was limited to pasta pasta pasta. A little more variety would be nice. The place is nice and good service. However the big downer last night (Friday 1/14/25) was the music was extremely LOUD. We could hardly talk at our table. We want to come back and relax but not if the music is that loud. You also need better lighting in the hallway by the restrooms. Not good. Please help. Thank you!

Our server was Mark we came in around 6pm on Friday evening and the restaurant was half full. Mark was a super great guy but seems new to serving. The crowd was mostly 70-90 yrs old, a lot of people enjoying happy hour. The cocktails were ok. The rice balls were great and the red sauce(Marinara) was excellent.

The Chicken Marsala and Veal Marsala took a long time to come out of the kitchen. We both did not like it and we didn't complain about, it lacked flavor although portions were good. We would not order that food again. We loved the entertainer so much we will be back and try something else.

I ordered a salmon from this restaurant the time it took to get the food took about 1 hour, when my salmon came out it smelled like it wasn’t cleaning properly it had a strong sea smell, I asked to replace my food for something else the manager said I will still be charge for the salmon and the kitchen will not be making anything else to accommodate for the salmon I’m very disappointed with this restaurant and their service, when I told the manager my complaint his response was “the kitchen is not making anymore food right now, we have many people that like this meal, you’ll still be charged for the salmon, there’s nothing wrong with it”
