Two months ago in January 2024 we ate at Zino's for the first time, food was average at best, overall not terrible. The Server / Manager (he is somehow related to the owner) suggested to us to reserve a table for an upcoming (03/24/24) Dueling Piano and that a $50.00 reservation deposit was required for the table. I made the deposit via credit card.Fast forward to 03/23/24, two members of our original 5 person group became ill and were not able to attend. The 3 remaining people, myself included let the Server / Manager (the same one we made the reservation with) that only 3 of us would be present. The Server said no problem at all, and separated the 2 tables set up for us to just one table. A few minutes later 2 people walked in and were seated at our former second table. Fast forward to paying our bill. I inquired about receiving my $50.00 deposit back (as told would happen at the time of reservation) and the Server / Manager said that since only 3 of us showed up, I would no longer be entitled to my $50 deposit refund. I immediately pointed out that he had 2 new people seated at the table immediately upon us giving it up, he said to bad! The 3 of us were absolutely shocked as we were all present at the time I made the reservation and we were NEVER told that 5 people had to attend. If we had known this ahead of time we would have scrounged up 2 additional friends to replace the two who were sick. Zinos' did NOT lose any money as the 2 walk ins replaced out two ill people, however they instead took advantage of us and decided to not credit back our reservation deposit - what a shameful scam!!!As for the food, I ordered meatballs, they were good. One friend however ordered chicken parmesan and it was the worst she has ever attempted to eat. The chicken was burnt to a crisp. Our Server / Manager never returned to our table to inquire about our food. Once he returned and asked if she wanted a box for her untouched meal, she explained that she wasn't able to eat it as it was badly burnt and he simply shrugged his shoulders. The Service, establishments attitude to their patrons and Chicken Parm were as bad as it gets - stay away from this place, we will never return.PS: Although the Dueling Piano Players were decent and entertaining, we left Zino's shortly after the show began (I am sure they re seated our table as we were reserved until the end of the show) and we went to the Keys Bar and Grill (A dedicated Dueling Piano Venue) in nearby Estero at the Gulf Coast Town Center. We had a blast at Keys Bar and Grill! No cover to get in, no scam deposits, wine was excellent and only $4.50 a glass, and the food looked great! The member in our group who received non edible Chicken Parm was finally served a delicious meal. Shame on you Zinos!!!!

Friday night was $15 parm night. Big servings of chicken or sausage parmesan, plus two other parm choices. It could have used a bit more flavor, fresh herbs perhaps, but was still tasty. Music was a pleasant surprise with a wonderful selection of 60s and 70s live singing with guitar and piano. We are planning to return Wednesday for music trivia!!

Was I in a cosy neighborhood family eatery in New York, or was that only in my head? You will love everything about this place, from the first warm welcome from Michael to the personalized service, and topped off by the excellent food. Your only regret will be: why didn't I come here sooner??

My family & I have been going to Zino's since day 1. We love Mike (the owner) and look forward to stopping in every time we visit from Indiana, even if it's for a drink.

This place sucks!!! Stay away! They are nothing but a bait and switch. If you don’t want to listen to me you’ll regret it. Good luck. Their concerts are a joke. Mediocre, talent, mediocre food, and a big price tag when it’s over. Their ads tell you one thing, but it’s never the same when you walk in the door. Oh, and by the way, don’t believe all their five star reviews most of those are investors and friends.

First time at the restaurant, service was excellent and food was outstanding. I recommend the fried calamari as an appetizer and the egg plant parmesan as the main dish. Had no room for dessert but they all looked tempting.Parking: Well lighted and my girlfriend and I felt very safe.Kid-friendliness: I don't have kids but I did see children their enjoying their dinner.

I love the friendly atmosphere here. The owners and staff are really nice and make the dining experience great. The awesome food doesn't hurt the experience either. I especially love Vinny's duck with orange sauce and his Bolognese!Dietary restrictions: They are great with Gluten-Free options

This place is the worst!!! The music is horrible, the food is bland and overpriced. The owners, are downright rude disrespectful. They like to change the prices of the food without telling you till you're done eating. Mike is a utter and complete asshole and his business partner Vinny is the role model for asshole. Do yourself a favor stay as far away from this place as you can, don't let them fool you with their new menu new hours and new look. It's all the same crap on a different day. At the end of the day when you get your bill, you will be blown away that the charges that they add to it and then threaten to call the cops on you if you dispute it. So if you're looking to have a great holiday stay as far away from this place as you can You have been warned. PS I only added one star because it would not let me leave no stars.

Had not been there for few years so nice to see changes. Good selection on the menu but both meals were a little blend. Amazing service. Music a little loud, even saw people move tables.

First time trying this place. Overall great experience. Service was very attentive, menu has lots of choices, and food was great. This local restaurant has numerous entertainment acts planned and specials on various days of the week. We will certainly come back again and no doubt have another great experience.
