The building is not much to look at, but the food is great. The brisket sandwich and coleslaw were great! There are a lot of other items on the menu I would like to try. The staff is super friendly and nice.

The barbecue was amazing, and the sides complimented it perfectly. The brisket I got was super juicy and tender, and the toast it was on was crispy and buttery. The service was super fast, especially for a barbecue place, and the employees were very friendly. The outside looked a bit sketchy (soon to be resolved by their new building), but the inside was clean and super cozy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone living in the area or just passing through.

Please bring back the original spicy cauliflower! It was the reason I love you guys. I am not a fan of the new recipe. They use to be crispy with a kick and now they are very mild and soggy. 🥲

We have lived in Florida for 5 years and this place was just down the road and we never stopped. It looks like a hole in the wall but remember hole in walls usually are hidden gems. A friend had told us about this place so we gave it a try and we're glad we did. The portions are large and the food is delicious. They are building a new restaurant behind the original. So if your cruising through Fanning Springs give it a try.
