Drive through window guy was hilarious n great service. Update fast forward 3 years..young boy taking orders was awesome and lady that was cooking was beyond rude and snotty tonight..wont be back now! We will not pay to be talked to like this and then she personally made each order wrong..allergies were stated and still put items on burgers..who cares if we go to the hospital right...horrible service!

September 29 at 2:10am, I get it, it’s late and everyone wants to go home. We ordered 2 sandwiches, that’s it. The lady taking the order was insanely rude, but it’s late so we don’t think anything of it. She tells up to pull up to the side and 30 minutes later we still don’t have our food. I came up to the window to ask for a status update and the girl acted like she never even heard of a cheeseburger. She told me she didn’t have my order and asked for the receipt. When I gave it to her, 10 minutes later still nothing. So I just asked for a refund so I could leave because this was insane. The lady said I needed to wait because they were trying to go home. The girl who was just standing around yelled “she don’t get nothing now” and threw the whole bag of food I’d been waiting 30 minutes for in the trash. Even now, I genuinely cannot believe how absolutely terrible this entire interaction was.

The African american woman working here 10/07 at 11pm has the absolute worst attitude every time I come here, and is literally the rudest service worker I've ever encountered. She should be terminated.

Whoever worked there August 31-sep1 that night that white lady was so rude. She acted like she couldn’t respond to us when we asked her a question. I understand that they was just about to close in 20 minutes and all we wanted was one thing and she didn’t want to answer us at the window and she wasn’t even wearing proper work attire. She had on a bonnet sloppy clothes and wasn’t even wearing work shoes. Who wears slides to work? Very unprofessional would recommend better night shift employees!!! 👌

I ordered the $5 dollar,Food was hot and fresh, unfortunately the spicy chicken sandwich was paper thin,wish the chicken had some substance to it
August 28th 2024 at 1020 pm. Thats the day I met the absolute most unintelligent woman...no girl.. in my life. As I'm pulling away, I notice that my drinks are not with me so I make a U-turn and head back. I told them politely drinks were forgotten. This girl just blank stares at me. Then says uh what drinks. I said my drinks I ordered. She responds with oh I didn't even look at the receipt. She has to ask me about 3 or 4 times what the drinks were because she kept forgetting after telling her every 20 seconds. Get this my drinks were messed up. I asked for a coke with no ice and a cherry coke. My cherry coke got the ice and the coke got ice. Im sorry but how do you mess up drinks?

Food: I ordered a chicken wrap, and it had significant charred food debris from meals throughout the day on it. The item was covered in grease, and was not presentable. Upon asking for a replacement, the replaced wrap of perfect, and looked unrecognisable compared to the first wrap I revived. The taste of the second wrap was great.
4 stars for food due to the first order.
Service: When I asked for a redo on the awful wrap, the staff initially told me that the grill just does that to the food, and asked if I really wanted another wrap (of course, the reason is because they didn’t clean it). One of the staff overheard the conversation, and she told me she’d take care of the order and would redo it. In less than a minute, she had a perfect wrap prepared with no excess grease, or charred debris from previous meals.
Due to the neglect from the majority of the staff, and the excellent service from one of them, 3 stars for service.
I will not rate the atmosphere since I ordered my food to go.
Overall: Despite the initial terrible food quality and terrible service, the one staff member who made sure I received an adequate and presentable meal brought my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I advise this location to monitor their staff for neglect to avoid health inspection failures.
