Just got back from getting breakfast. I said a number 2 which was chik minis. I checked the bag I have like 20 chicken tenders and some hash browns in my bag? Why would I get chicken tenders at 7 o clock in the morning? I hate coming to this location, I swear you guys always mess something up and I’m sick of wasting my money here. What a let down again. Your window shouldn’t have breakfast items on the front if I order chicken minis and get something completely different. I just wasted $11 I’m so sad.
Why would I get 16 chicken tenders at 7 am? That just makes no sense to me. This was literally my only chance to eat today and of course this happens. I know not to rely on this place ever again.

Terrible customer service. Drive thru lady didn’t listen to my name correctly, so they had someone else’s order when i got to window. Waited for 20 minutes outside, walked in to figure out where my food was, and turns out they gave it to someone else. So i had to again wait for them to get everything and hand it to me. Never offered any sort of refund, or even a free item for having to waste my time. Do not recommend this location.

Kristin is very rude ruined my breakfast experience. came by for breakfast and someone at the store made a mistake on my order. Once I came back I was told that I was “lucky” that I was getting a refund for a mistake they made? Also told me to park and go inside but when I drove to window Sloan was able to resolve everything. Thanks Sloan!
