This is the third time I have ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and received a plain bagel with cream cheese on it.
And now I have to go work a six hour shift with no food because I trusted that the employees would do their job and provide me with the correct food. I never would have paid six dollars for a plain bagel with cream cheese on it.

I’ve stopped going to this place due to the management sucks and employees were rude. I decided to give them another chance and I was not disappointed. The employees were fast and provided excellent customer service. Danielle is my favorite. Every morning I come she make sure my ice coffee is done right and always greet me with a smile. Definitely stop by this location

Ordered the bagel bites. Believe it or not; these were Supposed to be everything seasoning ones. Not sure if they didn't coat it well but all the seasoning fell off. They somehow forgot to put the cream cheese inside of it.

What an absolute joke of a location. Whoever was working the morning of 7/17 should be fired.

After waiting several minutes in line, I pulled up to the speaker and got nothing. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” just silence. I waited a full five minutes. Cars behind me started honking, and I even tried talking to see if anyone was there, but still nothing. So, thinking maybe the speaker was broken, I pulled up to the window.

I explained the situation to the employee, who didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the confusion. She just said, “We’re short-staffed and everything’s taking a very long time this morning.” Okay… that’s fine, but how would anyone in line know that?

I asked if I could just get a black iced coffee, literally the simplest order imaginable, and she said they can’t take orders at the window and then shut the window in my face. No explanation, no offer to help, just closed it like I was an inconvenience.

Absolutely unacceptable way to treat a customer. No communication, no effort, no respect for people’s time.

We came in to enjoy the air conditioning on a hot day and also get a doughnut. And one of the servers gave us some water. I found the service to be pleasant and the doughnuts were delicious.

This location has turned around tremendously. There's a new manager by the name of Robert. He is excellent. They care about the quality of the food and the drink. I'm so happy that I can get good food and my drink made the same way every time! Such a great manager. The staff that he's hired have a good attitude and nice. The store is immaculate!

Crazy girl who is working here getting paid for 15 min less work. 7pm all days they closed, I came 6:40 she just closed all the doors. I came in donut day. So guys you are not a donut team cafe. Make sure you are hiring responsible people.

This review is based solely on the fact they told me at 6:05p they could not make any food because they close at 7p. I recall working in retail as well as fast food and you serve until closing then clean. If you stop serving food at 6p because you already cleaned the equipment then you are already closed.

I’m a regular Dunkin customer. I was so disappointed after getting coffee and a croissant here. 1. I asked for coffee milk in my regular coffee, the guy taking my order seemed confused and asked if I wanted a dunkalatte. I proceeded to say no, just inside my coffee. I get my coffee, take a sip and I kid you not, the worst water tasting coffee I’ve ever had, not even exaggerating. I know for a fact, I did not get coffee milk and was still upcharged for it. Secondly, the egg and cheese croissant I got, was cold in the middle. All in all, I’m going to give Dunkin grace as a whole, but will never come back to this location.

Haven’t been to a Dunkin in a while, and definitely will not be going back again anytime soon. Ordered various breakfast items and drinks, none of it was well put together or tasted good but I our main issues were with the hash browns and Munchkin donut holes. FOUR small hash brown crowns, already cold and congealed yet when I bit into the first one grease literally shot into my mouth, absolutely disgusting! The donut holes were super dry, hard to swallow, not really glazed at all, and I’m assuming they were out of chocolate ones because they didn’t even bother to tell us and gave us regular instead. No communication at the drive-through, didn’t even say hello or goodbye just handed the food out and walked away from the window. We were also given one wrong drink, but it tasted pretty all right. Just overall disappointing.
