They don't even greet you, if there's only one person working the driveway and the front and they see you standing there like it happened to me they don't say ill be right with you excuse the delay. They just look at you.

INFINITE TERROR
Went through the Drive-Thru at 7:30pm to be told to wait. After about 3 to 4 minutes I was asked if im ready. At the window I had to wait for the employees to stop chatting to pay. After paying I was handed my food without the drink. The girl running the till looked as if she couldn't be bothered to do her job and was upset I asked for my drink. I should have checked before leaving at this point but didn't. When I got home im missing the biscuit. 😢 I'm honestly just disappointed.

They are short staff, i was kept waiting for almost 10 minutes without taking my order, they were prioritizing the web orders more than the clients inside the business, after a while i left without placing my order, i am not going back there again.

The women Celeste argued back and forth with us regarding orders not being made when we tried to inquire more about the order she said to give her a moment left made us wait 10 minutes till a worker who happened to be the manager asked why we were waiting and explained the situation. So wasted our time and money since we were ubering.
