If I can give a one star I would for poor customer service. The one lady said she is not taking any orders at the counter. Several orders were wrong and she threw a fit because the refunds were all WANTED. This is poor and very sad

Never again. How to add negative stars? Well, it's been years since I have dined at KFC. The offer of a free bucket at sign up sounded good, but did not get added as an option. Lies. However, the Tuesday $10 eight piece bucket special was enticing, so I ordered at 10:30am when they first opened. Paid and waited 10 minutes for my order. I was excited. Super fresh fried KFC! Got the dark pieces and the breading was so wet it was falling off the chicken. How can that even be? It was drenched and not crispy at all, and the breading was missing and splotchy all over the pieces. Like a 2 year old made it by cooking the pieces in cold oil. Serious. AND there was so much salt, it seemed like they were attempting to dry out the chicken with sodium. I tried to eat the meal, but felt like I was poisoning myself with salt. Really really salty, I mean truth. Worst fried chicken I have ever had. Even Church's double fried and dry chicken is way better. What happened to pride in serving the best? I threw away the last pieces that were soaking in cold oil in the bottom of the bucket. Serious. Not making this up, and I am not exaggerating at all. WORST EVER. So bad. Do not eat here. Ever. I feel sick. Shouldn't have eaten a single piece, but I believed in KFC. Stupid me

Out of all the KFC's in central Florida This one is the best. The food always tastes delicious and is very tender. Not dry at all and the workers are nice.

I stopped by yesterday cause I noticed the wedges were back so me and my family stopped by around 3:30 not only was the cashier extremely nice helpful but also the manager that was making all the orders was professional. She even apologize for the weight which there was no weight and the food was amazing. I see the store has a 3.4 which to be honest I get it. Everybody has their own opinion, but I believe the store should be a lot higher than that. I appreciate the fresh food the great service and I will definitely be back to this KFC so from my family to yours I appreciate it for going above and beyond.

6pm on friday 8/8/25. Horrible service, horrible attitude at the window. Learn how to talk to people and if you don’t want to be at work then go home. It is not the customers fault that your lives suck that bad.

come here instead of popeyes. i promise you, kfc won't let you down. they have really good deals on the app, clean environment. the wait times short and the staff is the kindness.
btw i got a meal and used one of my deals to get a free 8pc chicken bucket cus i spent $15.

How does a chicken place RUN OUT OF CHICKEN??? If they are looking for why business is hurting, maybe they should look at their customer service and food prep. Waited over 45 mins to pickup an online order that said was ready. When asked why app said order was ready when it wasn’t, I was told I could cancel order (but refund would take a few days to process) or wait. Then when I get home, ORDER IS WRONG and I’m missing multiple items. This is by far the most disappointing experience for some chicken. Oh and don’t try calling to speak to anyone because they DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES

Not customer friendly.. poor customer service.. unhygienic premises.. rude staff. Multiple experience, never buy from them again .. last time 25 minutes waiting time… why are they even keeping it open

Went there awhile ago. I was at the drive through for a long time. My husband went in and heard that someone was throwing up and people had the flu that was working there and short staff. Then I was there the other day went through the drive through it was me and 3 other cars. The lights was on and no one was answering at the drive through and it was 6:00. They need to get it together. Will not be going there anymore

No eating utensils except for knives. Had to bring our food home because we had mashed potatoes and no sporks to eat them with. The lady didn't bother to tell us before we ordered. Probably won't be back to ti's particular location. The food wasn't that great either. Both my boyfriend and I had upset stomachs yesterday 10-12-2024
