Went there awhile ago. I was at the drive through for a long time. My husband went in and heard that someone was throwing up and people had the flu that was working there and short staff. Then I was there the other day went through the drive through it was me and 3 other cars. The lights was on and no one was answering at the drive through and it was 6:00. They need to get it together. Will not be going there anymore

No eating utensils except for knives. Had to bring our food home because we had mashed potatoes and no sporks to eat them with. The lady didn't bother to tell us before we ordered. Probably won't be back to ti's particular location. The food wasn't that great either. Both my boyfriend and I had upset stomachs yesterday 10-12-2024

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Did a mobile order from 20 minutes away. Came to store and went through the drive thru. Was told I had to go inside. What's the point of mobile ordering if you have to go inside? Then when I went in I asked for a corporate number to call. I was told they don't have one that they are franchised. Asked for a DM number or a GM. They wouldn't give me that either. Waited 10 more minutes and was told they didn't have all the chicken in extra crispy. That's not a big deal. Just sub out regular. Which they did. Drove home 10 minutes. Got inside and realized there were no tenders. So now an order that should have been ready at 630p. Was now 710pm. When I got back to the store no one and I mean no one acknowledged my presence. So now I'm not only irritated that the mobile ordering system is crap but I'm beyond mad. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS KFC. THEY DONT CARE.

Last 4 times that i have gone here the order has been completely wrong and missing items, you Get better customer service at popeyes, wafflehouse and or jail overall this place has gone nothing but downhill and at this point should have an entire new crew or just be bulldozed

Just had lunch here and idk what was in the biscuts but THEY BLEW ME AWAY. The best damn KFC biscuts I've ever had in my 31 years of life, they need to do whatever they did today to all the KFC's!

WOW.. they need to close this location down. It’s apparent that no one wants to work there. Employees were throwing F bombs at each other. It was the most chaotic situation I’ve ever been in. It felt awkward and uncomfortable being there. Watching them make my food, I just tossed it in the trash. Getting my refund for that experience.
