I came In tonight to order a 12 piece meal I came in at 9 y’all don’t close In tell 10 I said I was going to wait for the food to be fresh in I wait I know there was other orders befor me the manager told me she can’t give me what I ash for this is a restaurant I work as a assistant manager for Popeyes if y’all want to close early in go home….. I am highly upset and disappointed……I want to speak to a high management I got kids that was hungry

The wait for the food, no matter if you order on the app or inside is insane. I had to wait way longer than what the app said. They asked me inside what my order was and I showed them and they then for some reason gave attitude back and said "YeAh oKaY wE GoT iT, wE wOrKiNg oN iT". Low and behold, they didn't "got it". They got both meals' sides wrong. I have been to other KFC's nearby that have had exceptional service. Food was on time, and the employees were nice (except the one on Aloma Ave/Howell Branch). All of the employees here NEED to go back to school. How do you read Mac N Cheese, TWICE, and then put Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy. Unacceptable.

I ordered 3 piece white as indicated on receipt. I clearly received two thighs and one. It was supposed to original but it was hard, greasy with a burnt taste. I’m sick and wanted a treat. This is what I got, I got a trick. Stay away, KFC has gone all the way down.

Sitting in the drive through for almost 10 minutes with another car. Ahead of me attempting to go inside the door being locked with 2 customers inside and a worker telling me to go to the drive through which Is where I just came from. Last I checked businesses aren't to be open with locked doors.

They really need to start having Dashers and Uber Drivers confirm pickups on their phone apps before taking off with the customers' orders.I must've encountered at least 4 times where my customer's order was picked up by someone else (aka stolen) before I got there.

I am an Uber driver and the wait times here for deliveries are ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve been here to pick up and had to wait a long time. There are no other customers here so I’m not sure why it takes so long. I would never order food here!

Normally they're pretty good but this time not so much. I have already been refunded by Uber Eats but still.I ordered 2 famous bowls, 2 chicken sandwiches and a bucket of Dr pepper.I got 1 bowl, both sandwiches and a 20 oz root beer. Do better ?

My daughter requested KFC for dinner last night 2/22/2024,so I ordered a 16 piece chicken tender meal online. My daughter really wanted the Mac and Cheese so I picked our sides and made 2 of them the Mac and Cheese for her. I placed the order around 6:15 and it set the pick up time to 6:34. I loaded the kids in the car and went up to pick everything up. We got there by the pick up time and when I walked in there were several unhappy people waiting in the lobby. I walked over to the pickup area and there wasn't an order waiting for me. Nobody said anything to my for about 5 minutes as they watched me search the orders for mine. Finally, someone asked my name and I told them. They looked at the screen and said that they were working on my order. I said , "No worries" and waited. 10 minutes passed and no one that was waiting had gotten their orders yet, but people walking in were able to place an order at the counter and got theirs in a minute, or two. I waited another 10 minutes with the other people and still nothing. I hear someone in the back making food start telling people that they were out of Mac and Cheese. I thought that since I was told that they were working on my order and people were getting there food that it wouldn't affect my order. Plus, no one said anything to me about it, or asked me if I wanted to substitute for anything. So I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. Now, my kids are in the car because it was supposed to be a quick in and out, but it wasn't. Another 10 minutes (40 minutes at this point) passed and I hear my name. I grab the bag and check it. My sides consisted of fries and 3 coleslaws that my kids will not touch. I asked about the Mac and Cheese and they said, "sorry, would you like something else?" My kids were in the car for way too long, we were hungry, and now were were late for something. I grabbed the bag and left. When we got home and I gave everyone their food and they start eating, I hear, "the chicken is really hard to eat". I check it and it was pretty overcooked. So now we have a meal that is overcooked, missing something that was special for my daughter, and cost $50 dollars (plus another $10 for the Mac and Cheese that I had to pick up on the way home). No one seemed too concerned about the people waiting or that they were not getting what they asked for. Overall, it was the worst experience that i have ever had at a KFC.

Would'nt except the customer service to be good at kfc locations, but Tara and Kia proved me wrong. Tara gave excellent customer service and was so polite. When taking my order. They both made sure my order was correct. Great assets to your company. This is about the second time Tara took my order and was great each time.

Arrived at this location at 10:45, waited at the counter a few minutes only for someone to tell us they aren't really open yet and that it would be another 15 minutes before the could serve us. Another guy walks in ten minutes later and they tell him it's gonna be another 20 minutes. Why is your door unlocked and open if you're not open enough to serve people? You open at 10:30. I shouldn't have to sit in your lobby and wait for almost an hour after that time before you can take my order. There were more than enough people there that you should have been ready.
