I stopped going here many years ago the food quality went down the burgers even got smaller and I didn't think that was even possible.. and then not to mention nowadays they're $2.50 per one of those little tiny one bite little Burger things not worth it at all. Went to get a little 12-pack of those little burgers and they want like $25 I just drove off and never went back that was a few years ago. Nobody I know goes there no more once they've raised the prices so much for that little tiny bit of food and it's not worth it most of them places are going out of business now anyway. White Castle on International Drive has way bigger Burgers way better same price pretty much but way better than Crystal go to White Castle on International Drive down there you'll get your money's worth

I order from Krystal quite often not this specific location but the one on Curry Ford and before that the one that use to be open by the Florida Mall and I have never had beans in my chili cheese fries. The taste is not flavorful. I am not sure if this location does their own recipe but it is not good. I will never buy from this location again.

Ordered some crystals waited because they were backed up. They brought them out to me two that were cooked and three that were not cooked.

Spent thirty dollars for 2 kids sized burgers and a mini hotdog and drink. The food was cold, dry, overcooked, bitter, cold, and with stale, ill spread ingreidents. Soda was flat. They forgot my apple turnover, no straw or napkins. This was my first time ever going to a Krystals. It'll be my last
