I dine in today, me and two more people saw a medium sized rat! He came in when the door was open on the side where the drive thru is located. Once he came,looked at us turned back around and ran out, that's when I closed the door completely. I'm never going back now! Be aware!

Was told to pull ahead to wait for my order. 4 cheeseburgers and onion rings. People behind me In the drive through were getting their food. I have no idea what the issue is . But it’s ridiculous. I’ve been sitting for 20 minutes.

This place is just flat out horrible. From the service, appearance, and food quality, everything is substandard. Look at this so-called chicken sandwich with flat flaked-off bread. Never again will I return.

I am A retired 22 year Navy veteran, I’m currently a teacher vocational school here in Sanford Florida. I moved to Florida in 1999 when I first tried Krystal. I immediately took a liking to Krystal’s and visited my local store in Lake Mary Fla on a pretty regular occasion after church with my daughter and grandkids, a couple years ago I visited a couple Crystal locations and was extremely disappointed in the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. With the purpose of my Review is not to complain. It’s to praise the manager and staff of the fern park Krystal. I decided to go ahead and give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was squeaky, clean the manager and the rest of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Not to mention the food was obviously prepared with care. I’m back! On my way out I told the manager to keep up the good work And that her store looked fantastic. I know this review is a mouthful, but I think it’s important emphasize people that are working very hard to do a good job!
