Walked into a clean establishment with a problem and immediately was greeted by the manager Yvonne who promptly tended to me and inquired my problem with an order mistake. She assured me she would handle the situation with no problem and as swiftly as I came in was as swiftly as I left with a smile on my face! Thank you Fern Park team you guys are the best!!!

Clean McDonalds and the food is the best of any McDonalds I have been to. Actually impressed with this location, and I rarely say that about a McDonalds because I am not really a McDonalds fan. At least when I go to this one I know I can expect the food, service, and facility to be decent and that is all I can ask for from the worldâs largest chain.
I ordered a mc double with mayo mustard lettuce and cheese. There were slivered onions. Not diced..

I went today and I had ordered online and it was so nice I wish I got the employees name or saw her badge but she offered me one of the extra frozen cokes they made! It absolutely made my day after having such a rough week â¤ď¸I donât normally leave reviews but hopefully somehow the employee can be recognized, was nice lady was about 12:45pm today :) thank you!

I am continually impressed by the quality of both the foodâs ingredients, and its presentation. The staff here are also exceptionally charismatic, and seem to have a very strong work ethic. The restaurant is always very well maintained, and I always have a clean table or ten to sit at. My reviews are typically separated into sections as to highlight specific issues or areas of praise, but the store as a whole has been very impressive. I will continue to update as (if) needed.
