Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve been maybe 4 to 5 times, every single time, no joke, they forget the bacon on my sandwich. It is one of the three meats on the sandwich, it is not that difficult to forget, and they forget every single time. This time I had gotten it delivered through the app and there is no way I can get a refund on the app and no way I can call customer support because there is no customer support number, I called the store and they told me that I would have to contact DoorDash, even though I never ordered it there. This is so frustrating bro I literally just want my bacon ☹️

Probably, the best sub I've ever had! The bread was fresh and soft.The freshly sliced meats and cheese were delicious.I added the red pepper sauce and mayo , which topped it off , making it even better. First time, ever at Jersey, Mike's And it definitely will not be my last!

I’ve been going to this location since it opened. I’ve never had a bad meal from here and the staff are always friendly and personable. Keep up the great work.

Bailey, the manager provides exceptional customer service, the subs are always fresh bread, great meat portions & crafted to perfection! Highly recommend for a delicious sub!

Great little new shop by Publix. Just opened a few months ago so glad we have this closer to home.

I love jersey mike’s and I’m so happy they opened up nearby! The staff were so nice and the food was classic Jersey Mikes quality. Their grill subs are my favorite, I love adding the portabellos to a classic philly. I’ll be coming back here as often as I can.

This is a brand new jersey Mike’s location and I was happy to have it in our area. I came in to order a few sandwiches for the family and had to wait to be waited on or even acknowledged. One of the female employees was working the grill a younger gentleman was sweeping up, and another girl had her back towards to me texting. After about five minutes, I actually said is anybody working here today or what? The girl at the grill acknowledged me, but of course she was busy with her duties. The other girl told me she didn’t hear me come in the door did not chime to let her know that someone was coming in and she was texting her boss. The food was great, but if you don’t get good employees quickly, the location won’t last. Here in Palm Coast were Big on customer service. Please do better.

Great food, amazing crew members. I only post this review because the new gm is completely rude and, in my opinion, far too young for that position. Ordering people around without any respect, firing people for absolutely not reason. He is far too young to be working as a gm and is taking the power to his head. I get it’s a right to work state, but when you fire people for no reason people have a right to be upset. Love the food but very poor management :(

I never leave reviews but I had to this time, me and my boyfriend came in here tonight around 7:30pm and the staff was slammed but kept a upbeat and cheerful attitude even though they were running out of supplies due to what seems like a prior shift not restocking fully. I was so impressed by the staff I needed to ask their names in hopes they get proper recognition from management, Andrew, Carlos, Leilah, Kaylin, and Ashley absolutely killed it and made our experience absolutely phenomenal. Will go back specifically at this time just to get served by them again.
