Margarita Island Mexican Kitchen & Bar

Had chicken fajitas and a delicious margarita food was wonderful.

Fresh and absolutely delicious. The surf & turf burrito was stuffed to the max and was so flavorful, from the perfectly cooked and seasoned meats and the amazing sauce, to the Fresh refried beans and fully and flavorful rice. The house margarita was delicious as well. The wait staff was attentive and incredibly friendly. The only Ding was that it was a bit in the warm side, the music was a little loud, and waiting to be seated took a considerable amount of time - only to be told that he was in the bathroom! Nobody wants to hear that before sitting down for lunch! But all things considered, it's worth a visit and I'll definitely be back!

The Flagler Beach location is nothing more than a cafeteria that charges high-end steakhouse prices! The chips were chewy, we asked for fresh ones, got more chewy chips. The blended, top-shelf, mango margarita with a grand marnier floater was served on the rocks. Alerted the staff that BLENDED drink was ordered, and was told that the PRE-MIXED drink was not able to be made as a blended drink! They charged $15 for a 6 oz, pre-mixed drink! The bill for 4 adults and 2 kids was $200!
NEVER AGAIN will we be patronizing this Mexican Denny's.

The food was delicious, very flavorful. Best chimichaunnga hands down. Most authentic in Palm Coast. Our new favorite place. Server William was the best!!! Gave great suggestions and he was right on.

What a show stopper! We stumbled on this beautiful new restaurant in Ormond Beach. Great date night spot, gorgeous bar, seating is comfy, ambience is perfect. Then they bring you the most delicioso food!!! ( we had the surf & turf quesadillas) Sergio is an excellent server and the owner came out to meet us also and shake our hands. Fabulous service, amazing food, dance vibe with latin flavor and wonderful night. You must stop by and try them!!

Disappointing Experience at Margarita Island
We have generally had a pleasant dining experience at Margarita Island, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Luis, a fantastic bartender. However, our most recent visit was marred by a disappointing encounter with a female bartender who failed to meet the high standards of service we have come to expect from this establishment.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the Ceviche, which was excessively sour and lacked a balanced flavor, we were met with a dismissive attitude from the female bartender. Her shrugging of the shoulders and failure to address the issue only added to our disappointment, making the experience even more unpleasant. This lack of attention to customer concerns is unacceptable and detracts from the overall quality of service.
While Luis's excellent service has been a highlight of our visits, the poor service we received from the female bartender last night was a significant letdown. We hope that the management will take steps to address this issue and ensure that all. This incident left a sour taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.

I am in a wheelchair and disabled. I brought my 3lb sevice dog with me. I asked to sit at the bar. The bartender asked me for my papers to prove he was a service dog. I told her, she has no legal right to ask me for them. The Americans with Disability Act protwcts the rights of Americans with disabilities. She kept insisting until I told her, I can leave. She shrugged as if she didn't care. So I left. I will never go there again. I hope of you are reading this, you don't go there either. Protect Americans with Disabilities!!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a really long time. Had the quesadilla. I’ll be back soon.
