Very good donuts. Unfortunately, when the line is long, they won't let you order a quick cup of coffee after you ordered donuts and sat down. You have to start over in the long line of people ordering donuts, which could be 10-15 minutes. I understand why she said no, because people will see me getting my coffee quick, but yet here I am writing a review about a rude employee after I offered her $20 cash for a $3 cup of coffee. Good donuts though.

This is for the Palm Coast location. I usually go here weekly and have no issues. I came on Wednesday & today (Friday). I asked for a cappuccino chip muffin. After leaving I realize I got some sort of muffin that had nuts in it. I went back to the place after calling & the lady told me all they had were poppy seed & walnut muffins, so I asked if I could get something else. While there the girl who rung me out clearly was upset because I was there and she gave me the wrong thing. Her comment was “that was a cappuccino chip muffin because the baker told us” I told her it wasn’t because it had nuts & thankfully I wasn’t allergic to nuts. she had no remorse or even apologized. I’ve had this muffin several times so i know what it taste like & know it has chocolate chips in the middle. I went today & they had 2 different muffins on display. The poppy seed had a sign & the other didn’t. I asked the employee and he had to get someone from the back & she said “it should be a cappuccino chip” so I got it. Once I got to work again realized it was not a cappuccino chip but the same nut one from Wednesday. I’m not wasting my time today to go back. Will probably never go back. Thank god i’m not someone who is allergic to nuts as this could be EXTREMELY dangerous. Do better. I would upload the picture I took that you can clearly see not “chip” in the muffin but a nut in it but it will not allow me to.
