Turtle Shack Cafe

We had lunch there today. Service was great, the food not so much. The fresh vegetable side was frozen green beans 🤮 the mahi jerk sandwhich was dry and rubbery couldn’t taste the seasoning. On a good note the calamari was great and the French fries too!

We went to the new Turtle Shack yesterday. We miss the beach side location but the service and food was excellent at their new location. I wish them well at the European Village. Highly recommended.

I went to this new location and sat at the bar. I placed an order for the Crab Cake Sandwich and a water. I then proceeded to wait over 45 minutes for the food and finally decided to ask how much longer the food was going to take. I was then told the order was not even in the system. This was my first and last time going to Turtle Shack. I never write reviews but this has irritated me so much that I finally had to. I highly do NOT recommend this place until management and staff can properly run this business with the volume of customers they have.

Local gem. Highly recommend the fried shrimp or mahi tacos. Will be back!

August 30, 2024 - Ahi Tuna Tacos were perfect! Added pineapple slaw, yum! Got 3 big soft flour tacos with abundant tuna. So good! No waiting for a table. This was my second time here; last time, I got the grouper fish tacos with slaw added - very good, as well! Can't wait to eat here again!

I’ve been coming here for years. They have the freshest seafood and grass fed burgers. Everything I have ever had here has been great. Wednesday, I had the fish sandwich which was delicious. Today, the French Dip which was wonderful. The burgers are always great. Yummmm.

The food in this place is amazing, "Calamari and Peppers" are to-die-for as well as "Grouper & crab bisque". Highly recommend.

The seaside dinner experience I've been waiting for! The shack has a genuine surf-shack feel, without being a dump. It's situated beautifully at the oceanside. The food is very good, made with love and care - something I don't come across all too often. I wish I was eating there right now... Absolutely LOVE the place!

I walk into this place hating seafood. I absolutely despise seafood but I was willing to give it a chance because my then husband said it was good.

This is now the only place that has prepared fish but I like. There was no dirty fish tank taste in any of the fish. Which is the usual issue that I run across. This was years ago, 2016 actually, and I have since tried several places along the coast and attempt to get fresh fish as delicious as this place. And not even in Cape cod have I been able to find a place that has fish as quality is this.

If your travels take you even within an hour of this area I suggest you make the trip.

We got there 40 mins before they closed. Plenty of time. They say us. And totally forgot we were there. Had to go get a waitress and she said exactly I didn't know y'all was at a table. And then still had to wait on them to clean off the table from the previous guest. Had to get a different waitress to get our drinks. We put in an appetizer and our order. My son had to go ask for our chips and salsa. After 10 minutes. And we still have waited 10 more minutes after their closing time and still haven't gotten our food. Won't come back here again

I don’t care what you’re doing in Flagler Beach as long as you’re eating here. The Red Fish and Key Lime pie were amazing. Even at near full capacity the service was great! Thank you

A great spot looking at the beautiful water staff is very attentive and super friendly and food is delicious!
