Dicks Wings and Grill Fleming Island, FL

I went there several weeks ago and sat in the bar. I sat for 15 minutes and no one took care of me. I ain't going back.

Sadly, when there as it is a regular scheduled event that my car club has
every month. They were short on staff, even though they knew we would be there. They ran outta of several menu items, and where slow to tell us. Took forever to get served and even longer to get the food. Not impressed, but we'll see if that changes next month.

Great place and very kind staff including the cook. Anna is a sweetheart she's upbeat and puts a smile on many faces. She can sang not sing sang the hell out of some tunes lol. Tuesday karaoke crowd in the evening is a great time. Everyone vibes well food is tasty and fresh. Relaxed casual atmosphere will definitely be back.

Went for my first time. There were 4 of us. Drinks were ordered. 3 drinks were tea and water and one beer. The waitress was underage so someone was to bring the beer. Waitress was sweet. Waited through 4-5 kareoki songs and still no beer. Watched several get waited on with beer snd still no beer for my friend. Then the one that was to deliver the beer went on stage to sing. He then called the waitress over and told her he still had not received his beer. Instead of her just owning up to the problem she said the ( one singing) didn’t have time yet. Then when he pointed out she was singing the story changed to the order must have not printed off yet and he would have to wait. He asked to see the manager. Manager asked the problem but never gave my friend time to answer. He tried three times then she accused him of having an attitude. He never raised his voice Never said anything mean. Wasn’t really given a chance to answer. We were threatened to be kicked out Then on the third try of telling her why he was upset she said Ill not serve you so we all left. I’ve never written a bad review of any business and I’m in my seventies. The manager has no people skills. It’s fine to support your employee but you should also respect your customer. I live very close to this place but my business will be elsewhere.

Haven't been here in nearly 6 years due to bad service. But, we decided to try them out again. And had amazing service and food.

Amazing service, great management awesome food definitely recommend this place for all fleming island residents!!

Aug 18th 2024. Food was absolutly amazing. Very quick service. The lady who served me long hair black or brown, pretty short gal wasnt to hesitant on constantly interupting my meal to ask if i needed anything so i appreciate that. Helped explain a few items i asked about. Brought my to go box and bill quickly. Even though i was there by myself, id definitly bring friends or family next time.
