Everything went so smoothly. Great vibes and excellent service.

I showed up at 10 and they were packed!!!! So good I got a farm house and maple house and honestly best thing I ever had!! Erica, Brian, and Kiara were all so nice and polite. Kiara made my caramel cold brew and it was delicious :) I will be back yall rock!!!!

Even though the bagels I ordered weren’t available when I arrived, I completely understand that life happens and some things are simply out of our control — including running out of bagels. What truly mattered was how Erica and Brian at the Fleming Island Einstein Bagels handled it. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations and made sure I still left as a very satisfied customer. Their professionalism, kindness, and problem-solving mindset turned the situation into a great experience. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you both — I’ll definitely be back!

Did an online order for pick up, took 20 minutes after selected time to be ready. They were out of one of the bagels I preordered, was not I informed until after I arrived to pick up. When I selected a different type of bagel, they made all of my bagels in the order that type instead of just one 🤦‍♀️
Also, bagels were not toasted despite being ordered that way….
Won’t be back.

The customer service has gone way down. Ericka was being really rude the last couple times. Super disappointed, going to a different location.

It's always a pleasure to wake up in the morning and go to my favorite Einstein store where Erica, Will, Daniel, Kiki, and Shila great me and ask what is my bagel for the day. The nice family atmosphere and great food are divine. That sets me up in the right mood for the rest of the day.

i’ve been going to Einstein‘s for many years across different states and I have to say this was hands-down possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at any Einstein. Ashley, who happens to be one of the managers is the one who helped me with my order. What can I say, she is absolutely amazing with her Customer Service. The quality and taste of my food was incredible and the timing with which they made it was also very quick. The store looks phenomenal and the staff all seem to be really really nice. Connor happens to be another. Manager is the one who made my coffee and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the best coffee's of Einstein. Plus he really went over and above with his Customer service too. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Always a warm greeting when I walk-in. I purchase thru the app & p/u. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are large. 😋 Delicious iced coffee.

This bagel shop is really good. The bagels are fresh and the combination of ingredients is unique. The lunch is nice also. I really liked the turkey and cheddar bagel. The manager said something about if you join the rewards do you can get free coffee. I wasn’t paying attention too closely because my food had just arrived and I was distracted by the quality of the sandwich. Overall a really nice little bagel shop.

First time ordering from Einstein
I placed an online order for pick up at 7am
This was food for an office meeting

When I arrived it was not ready and I had to wait 25 minutes for all the sandwiches (12) to be made.

This made me very late to the meeting

Don’t believe ill order from here again…..
