We waited 45 minutes for our food while people who came in after us got theirs. When I asked if our food would be out soon I was told our food was delayed because they dropped one wing on the floor so they had to remake the meal. Not sure how that makes sense. Then the waitress took my husband beer to refill when 1/3 of it was still there. We’ve been there several times and this experience was subpar at best.
I didn’t take any photos of the food last night, but I wanted to take a moment to give a Shout Out to the staff at Hurricane Grill & Wings.
My MIL is Celiac and finding places that take the precautions to avoid cross contamination can be tough. I called and spoke to an incredible waitress that took the time to ask the cooks if they could accommodate her allergies and they said, Absolutely, come on it and we will make sure to clean the grill and use fresh utensils.
