Went to this location for the first time for a pick up order. There were no napkins in the bag. My sandwich was an absolute mess.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. I have a terrible dairy allergy and the girls working were very concerned and understanding. They offered to clean up their workspace and slicers just to make sure that I don't have an allergic reaction. The restaurant is very clean and the girls working were very friendly. The food is ALWAYS delicious. There is just something about it! My wife and I practically live across the street and will definitely be returning! I didn't get the girls names, but thank you for making sure that I am able to enjoy a Jersey Mike sub without having fear that I will have an allergic reaction! We will definitely be back!

Great service and great food and nice clean environment and the prices are very nice good deals better than firehouses subs or subway even better than Publix subs who I use to think where the best around until now when I tried place i really wish they would build a restaurant in keystone heights Florida or starke Florida so I don’t have to go so far for a great sub and a great restaurant I used to go to the ones in Gainesville Florida but now I’ll be going to this one I guess it’s closer it 22 miles one way to Gainesville and 17 to this one one way but I really wish they would build one in keystone heights and so do about 30 other people I know here we only have a subway here and it not very good to say the lest

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I walked in and was not greeted at all. Instead, the two young men behind the counter continued their conversation as if I wasn’t even standing there. When they finally acknowledged me, one of them asked, “How can I help you?”—no greeting, no professionalism.

I responded with, “Well hello, how are you today?” to remind them that basic courtesy matters. The young lady at the register didn’t say a single word throughout the entire interaction. There was a third gentleman who made no eye contact at all. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it left a really bad impression. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase.

Customer service matters, especially when you’re in a people-facing job. I’d give this location 0 out of 10 NOT recommended.
