Great place and ice cream

The cheesecake fantasy was great. I do recommend getting the waffle cone in the bowl. Had a nice experience, always enjoy eating here. The fruit was fresh and will return.....

Had the worst service tonight. The girl was nice and in training, but being trained wrong. Ever since they have opened I've ordered a shake with cookie dough chunks in it. We'll today the rude dude said i couldn't do that. And said it's always been that way. When I said I've always done that, he basically called me a liar. Will not be back at this location.

Had a wonderful visit on Friday afternoon. Store was clean, I was greeted when I walked in, and the ice cream was delicious. Out of all the stores in Jacksonville Florida, this is the cleanest store and has best service.

Came in after a long shift working outside in the Florida heat to get a cake for my mother’s birthday. They have the cakes in the fridge, it’s not very busy, and I’m being looked at as they help other people who came in after me. I mean it’s a 2 second ring up not sure what the problem is.

I have been to this location several times and each time there has been a line all the way to the door. The staff did the best they could but they clearly need more help.

We had the unpleasant situation that the prices listed for prepacked quart icecream were different from what rung up on the register. We were then told by Allyn the price was listed incorrectly after the fact. He stated he could do nothing to correct the situation. He was able to reach management and they instructed Allyn to provide the correction. Thanks to Allyn's quick thinking and contacting his management team, this issue was satisfactorily resolved.

Thank you, COLD STONE Fleming Island, for the delicious ? ice cream cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. Appreciate how clean your store is. It smelled like fresh waffle cones when we went to pick the cake up! You definitely get good service, good ice cream, and everything they offer on their menu! ?????
